Introductory remarks.  First of all blog search isn't that effective.  Google seems to have dropped "Blogs" for reading from their headings both in firefox and in Chrome (which are identical).  I want you all after or before reading this blog to read "Before You Accuse Me, Take a look at yourself for the Messiah Psychological Profile test.  It's in Cosmic Tides.  Oh, Google eliminated Desktop too, and that didn't make my search for this posting easy.  It's one of the black blogs - in November 2011.  Also that Semaphore made easy was on October 19th.  I wasn't sure whether I gave you that list or not but I did.  There is one line I thought I needed to add but I already noted that Ringo wanted a blue Apple record logo.  We had a pretty good dinner tonight.  It was meat balls with barbecue sauce over noodles, but the brocolli was limp as usual.  We had rainbow sherbet for desert.  Don't say the word "Rainbow" to Jimi Hendrix.  It gives him drug flashbacks just thinking about it.  I am encouraged to see that my ratings are noticably up the past couple of weeks.  And now on with the presentation.

WHO IS REALLY THE BETTER MAN?
JESUS CHRIST OR OUR MARCUS ARELIUS
Prod by Winston O Boogy

Yesterday i was mentally wondering what the nature of the final posting for this blog series would take on.  But a voice told me "You'll find out in due time, probably tomorrow.  Last night at 2:30 I awoke and suddenly  I had the Answer.  But first I went outside and had two cigarettes and stared at the full moon.  Then I came back in and write down a bunch of notes by way of outline, and then went back to bed.  I will do the rest of this blog as soon as I get around to writing it.  And if everybody is In, the Ceremony is about to Begin.

But first- Dead people go through temporary "phases" they later drop.  Jim Morrison had a period around the 20th anniversary of the Monkees when he was "into Monkee songs for a few months.  Mal Evans doesn't usually show his feelings to Outsiders, but early last fall, Mal could not conceil his sense of personal hurt when   Johnny Cash turned his down on doing some personal favors he'd asked him to do.  John Lennon right now is in this phase of "Exploring and understanding the feelings of others" perhaps at the recent urgings of "Pink"

THE PERSONAL NEED FOR PERFECTION:  Both Jesus and Marcus have a strong personal need to see themselves as "Perfect" and such should always be strived for.  No excuses are allowed.  "Standard behavior is substandard, and substandard behavior is substandard and substandard behavior behavior will not be allowed".  Both are defensive to the point of pugnacity when they feel someone is personal challenging their moral credibility.
PEACE AND LOVE  Jesus loved to throw around words like Peace and Love and Hope and Faith.  Marcus on the other hands has an almost antipathy for this words, which he claims "That to overuse such words is to devalue their true meaning, and I won't do that".
SCIENCE AND EDUCATION   Jesus was at best wholly apathetic to the whole idea of math and science knowledge and education and "expanding your mental capacities" in general.  Marcus makes it a point to learn all he can about everything.
PERSONAL LIFE AS WITNESS   Jesus made Himself the center of everything he preached and subordenated all else to it.  Marcus on the other hand is almost Howard Hughes like in his dislike of bringing up his personal Life as any credentials for whatever religious values he espouses but conspicuously keeps his own life out of the moral values he is teaching, personal in the matter of his own sex life.
HOMELESSNESS AND POVERTY    Jesus knew what it was like to be homeless and impoverished.  Marcus has never known either homelessness or poverty yet he tries hard to be understanding in this area.
PRAYER AND PIETY    Jesus spoke often on the value of prayer and was known to one and all as a praying man.  Marcus only mentioned Prayer as a "last resort" when nothing else will work.  Unlike Jesus who never worried about the Future or God's wil at all, Marcus was beset with anxieties about the future all his life, but felt any "solutions" were hopeless.
GIVING TO POOR    Jesus and Marcus are pretty alike in this area.  Neither liked to talk about how much they personally gave to the poor.  Both Jesus and Marcus had an antipathy about committing themselves to any "pledges" or promises to do so, but there is evidence none the less of a certain generosity displayed in both.
CLENLINESS AND NEATNESS    Jesus and Marcus were alike in that neither liked extremes in either cleanliness or neatness.  They both seemed to pursue a middle road.  However in his later years, Marcus took on the nature of kind of a neatness and organizational freak.
WORLD GOVERNMENTS AND INTERACTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES      They could not be more different here.  Jesus was apathetic about governments and laws and regulations and "circumstances" in general and  tended to denigrate the whole idea that "fairness" was any idea in human commerce.  Marcus on the other hand made it as his central doctrine a need for secular government and organization and fairness in all things.
QUOTATIONS    Jesus and Marcus were both alike in that their speech is often riddled with quotations, of the Bible and other people, and also cliche second hand phrases.  Neither was particularly clear on just how they regarded the veracity of Scripture.
PERWONAL GROWTH   Jesus and Marcus were also both alike in the idea of devaluing the whole idea of "personal growth".  They seem to believe they were both born with adult knowledge and awareness and seem to deny at times they even had a child hood.  Both tend to view the world as made up of "good people and bad people" and these never change.  However both are camilian enough to be pragmatic in their speech to adapt their words to fit the crowds they were addressing, but deep inside their own values rarely changed.
FOOD AND DRINK    Neither was picky either about foods or alcoholic beverages.  They generally didn't have banned foods they wouldn't eat.  However Marcus won't eat horse meat or monkey meat, or dog & cat meat, or the brains or genitals of any animal.
FAMILY     Once again Jesus and Marcus are alike in that they both seemed self concious about their own "genetic stock" and tended to shy away from any talk of race.  Neither had any sense of "pride" in their own families. Neither regarded "Family life" as that important.  Both seemed to have a definite antipathy tword other close family members, and clashes with them were particularly apparent.
CHILDREN   Both tended to be protective of the innocence of children.  Both value the feelings of children and believe they have something to teach adults about open mindedness, and to remind ourselves of our own emotional aging.  Marcus goes farther and teaches that "Children are so in need of protection, they need to be protected from Isolation and Ignorance of the dangers of the World around them, and should be protected from smothering guardians".
CONFESSION    Jesus believed that one should be blatant in confessing all of his sins in public as in "confessing your sins before men".  Marcus believed the most important "confession" was to admit the truth first to yourself, and then to a close friend whom you can trust.  And save any further talk for a future time.
WOMEN      Both Marcus and Jesus were rather "color blind" and asexual in how they regarded the moral values and worth of women.  Marcus regarded evaluating a woman's actions for good or for bad strictly in terms of how they respond as another Human Being, and not which particular gender they are a member of.
HEALING   Jesus healed people all the time and had unlimited ability to work any supernatural wonder he chose to perform.  Marcus can make few claims to either healing others or any supernatural ability.  However there are isolated incidences in Marcus here and there.
FUTURE     As we said here the difference could not be more stark.  Jesus was never for one moment uncertain about the future of the Next Life.  Marcus's whole life was riddled with uncertainty, and often said that he has no idea what the future holds, particularly after he dies.   "Tomorrow Never Knows" was his watch word.
MUSIC AND ART    Jesus never at any time expressed an esthetic enjoyment of music or art.  Marcus' life was filled with strong like and dislike preferences for both Music and Art.
RISK TAKING      Jesus and Marcus both claimed to say risk taking was a good idea.  However Marcus lived by the credo that "To not make a Choice is still making a Choice".  Not to take a particular RISK is itself a "risk" of sorts.  Marcus regarded Jesus as a bit of a moral coward for not really stepping up boldly to the plate on certain hard issues, which he prefers to ignore and rest on his laurals instead.

GEORGE                 Wanted a Red Apple
RINGO                    wanted a Blue Apple
The NUJV Lennon    wanted a Pink Apple
JOHN                    wanted a White Apple
MARCUS and PAUL wanted a Green Apple
DENISE                  never weighed in.
So we went with the Green because it's the only color that got two Votes
Writing Proclivities
JOHN     Tends to do songs about "The Way things Ought to Be" in Society or else introspective songs that tend to center on the past more than on the present
GEORGE   Writes songs about money and the economy, or else about the Weather, or else songs involving his Hare Krishna faith
RINGO   Writes mainly torch love songs usually of a Country &Western bent
DENISE   tends to do moral, didactic songs, and has an antipothy tword Viloence and Men and particularly Violent Men.  She is also given to sarcasum to the point of unintelligability
The NUJY Lennon   alias 'Pink" has a proclivity twords story telling songs laden with hidden meanings often of a surreal nature and tends to wear his feelings on his sleeve in his songs, at least the earlier ones
Marcus:   Likes doing late '50s and early '60s Rock and Roll and trusts in the lead guitar playing of George to insure the songs are duly "Beatled up"  He's not that into writing his own stuff but when he does it tends tword a type of social advocacy "Flame Thrower" variety and like Denise his lyrics take on an "Us and Them" mentality
PAUL     Likes doing story telling songs that mean nothing, often of a descriptive "travel log" nature, or else straight out stereotypical love songs.

he assaults of the Corporate Right against the every day American are growing.  Now they are injecting "pink slime" into our ground beef, no doubt to make it seem fresh.  It's being done right now, perhaps in the meat you ate tonight.  Pink slime has the sort of "animal biproducts' they used to put only in pet food.  It's treated with amonia of all things to disinfect it. (?)  Today we have genetically engeneered produce, which poses its own set of unique problems as my readers know.  Worse still is this nuked or irradiated fruit and vegetables that kills all the natural enzines in fruits and vegetables.  You know about high fructose corn syrup, which is a corporately peddled product that has taken over such that real sugar is now called "all natural sugar".  The body doesn't metablize it properly.  Global warming is more apparent every day.  I told you people researching local temperatures on my own how all the record High temperatures are recent, but all the lows were back over seventy years ago or something.  It was seventy degrees in Denver the other day.  Percipitation throughout the country is only one third of normal and this will be particularly hard on the west due to no snow pack run off producing droughts and more forrest fires.  You remember how they had trouble coming up with snow for the Vancouver winter Olympics a few years back.  You know how bad the premature tornado season has already been as far as the death toll.  Flowers in cold climates are blooming a month early.  They say it's the warmest winter in the eastern half of the country in fifty years.  Mosquito eggs aren't killed by the frost so they will be more prolific.  Rush Limbaugh claims it's warmer on Mars now, too, so is it "Martian warming"?  We've been told solar eruptions have been worse lately, which is God's cosmic reminder that HE can get into the act if we insist on playing that game.  There are so many near miss asteroid story it's getting like the Boy who cried "Wolf".  Of course natural gas leaks in the ground water table are getting worse all the time.  The sea levels are rising all around the world as coastal land is sinking and receding, particularly in Louisiana.  They talk about "clean coal" but the term is nonsensical for those who know.  They haven't found a way to make coal "clean".  Coal is carsogenic.  One right winger I know is concerned about charring on barbecued meat, yet she doesn't seem to mind the idea of mining dirty coal, or worse yet shale, which is costly to refine and turns areas into a moon scape like Canada. And of course now we're down to just over two percent of the worlds reserve, not four.  Randy Rhodes and the bunch way that Whatever is produced in the United States "goes on the world market automatically" and there is now no such thing as a local Texas oil company selling regionally.  If they say so.  So whatever we produce will be sold to China because they will pay more for it, and that will also keep our supply down so nobody is tempted to discount prices.  Capish?  All this took time to sink in for me but it finally has.

This is after dinner on March 7, 2012.  On this date in history was the first of the three Marches on Selma.  I know there was a legendary march from Selma to Montgomery for the establish of voting rights for Blacks.  The funny thing my memory of that whole “news cycle” is virtually non existant.  I didn’t know how many marches there were.  I don’t remember the shooting of Malcolm X on February 25th.  Surely this must have been on the minds of the marchers led by Dr. Martin Luther King.  Of course people claim to have marched in these epic demonstrations that were obviously too young to have done so.  I make no pretence of participating in any civil rights protests.  This was California and we just didn’t have those kind of racial tension problems, so I thought then.  Of course according to Hartman this was known as Bloody Sunday because a lot of protestors were beaten up and such.  I remember hearing that there was some Bridge that they intended to cross and for one of the few times in his life Dr. King backed down and didn’t do it.   Of course a lot of news is just registered in the brain as “background noise” after a while.  You take it for granted that civil rights is an ongoing struggle that will continue year after year, one step at a time.  But I suppose there were those who thought the old adage, “Give a Nigger an inch and he’ll take a mile”.  March 7th 1965 is one date I do have one specific recollection of and that was spending that overcast Sunday afternoon recording music off the radio such as “Twine Time” and “Lemon Tree” by Trini Lopez.  I don’t even remember March of 1965 being a key date in the Viet Nam war.  That was apparently when we landed Marines at De Nang.  I remember the Viet Nam War was already a going campaign issue as far back as the spring of 1964 when the Rockefeller campaign was quoting Barry Goldwater as saying “I would drop a low yield Atomic bomb on Chinese supply lines”.  But the whole idea was that the landing in De Nang was some kind of mile store did not register.

.  Today’s Apple announcement didn’t have the bravado of a Steve Jobs announcement.  It’s the next phase.  The picture has four times the pixel resolution.  You knew that.  It was “44% saturation.  It has 4 B Wireless Internet capability.  45 X Quad Core graphics or something.  It will sell for the same price as the I Pad on the market right now.  $499.00 or something.  It had a five megapixel camera, which is good.  It also features speech recognition to type down what you dictate.  This is what Word 2003 had but Word 2007 doesn't.  They were so chincy with their internet after showing a video commercial, we were just treated to photos – No Video.

The head of the California Game Commition or whatever was seen in a photograph posing with a mountain lion kill in Idaho where such killing is legal.  Many took exception to this bad example of civic-ness.  But it was pointed out that many people in California government routine do off site betting in Nevada or Atlantic City on sports events and nobody complains.  Meanwhile Los Angeles is shortening their animal shelter holding period to 72 hours before the animal is put down.  Many believe this is too short a period for owners to rescue them.

CRITIC:  My personal artistic assesment of your Blog posting this outing is that it's all together too blue and too lacking in Contrast.
MARCUS ARELIUS:  Well, to a Conservative Republican, that's just how the electoral vote tally will look to him when all the dust has settled come this November.

Born on the State House steps of Michigan
From a brood of Mormons he's a son of a gun
Raise in a factory so's he knew every tree
Brought Orson Wells down- when he was only three

Talkin' about -
Willard, Willard Romney
The President for you and me

Went to Massachusetts and he served a spell
He passed Obomney Care we thought that all was well
Expanded abortion rights as I hear tell
Till he heard the tolling of that Tea Party bell

He is Mittens, Mittens Romney
The guy who'll take down you and me

The right wing pushed him up against the wall
People were wondering if he had the gall
But he flip-flopped all around and surprised us all
And even had the nerve to take on Ron Paul

His name is Corpor-ration Romney
He lets the banksters all go Free

He won six states in a ten state race
Exponged all moral decency without a trace
He campaigned bold to set the billionaire free
He's pledged to stop Obama's spending spree

His name is Willard, Willard Romney
The C E O for you and me

By Now I guess Stephanie Miller has figured out that I'm pretty good at playing that classic Stephen King game of "Can You?"  Now Sarah Palin was caught on the caucus cam defending Rush Limbaugh.  Can there be any doubt that Rush Limbaugh is the defacto head of the Republican Party.  Newt Gingrich last June tried to go against Rush Limbaugh with his "right wing social engineering" remark, and Rush called him out on it, and Newt backed down. When Michael Steel came against Rush he was slept down by the Rush-meister.  And even House Speaker Baner was criticized by the big El Rushbo for being too "consiliatory" and "Letting the President walk all over him" as to the scheduling of that Labor and jobs speech last September.  First we heard seven sponsors left Rush Limbaugh, and by the next day the figure was up to twelve, and the day after that it was twenty-three, and now we hear the figure is even higher.  How can the Koch Brothers and Grover Norquist continue to bank roll this "loss leader" of the radio market?  Rush, unlike normal people, could afford to lose a lot of money and still have the financial where with all to soldier on.  But there will come a point and we may soon be there where there is a "Coup" within the Republican Party leadership, and El Rushbo will be a thing of the past, and like Joseph Stalin and Saddam Hussein before him, statues of him will be toppled outside the radio studios of America.  Some have speculated whether Rush Limbaugh is on the Obama payroll because up till now people like Newt and Ricky might have been able to say "we on the right were making real progress at mustering political ammunition against this President for his economic spending spree - - but the big Blowhard from Palm Beach ruined it for all of us.  And alas the saying is true that "nobody could possible write this stuff as a novel".

Mittens Romney won six states yesterday.  Newt took Georgia as some sort of southern revenge for Shermon's March to the Sea in 1864.  But Santorum took Tennessee, Oklahoma and North Dakoda, where next week "the Sun isn't gona shine any more" for school kids waiting for the bus along side a cold wind swept road.  Yeah, I guess I quoted the Walker Brothers but don't worry - I don't have N D mixed up with Wisconsin.  N D is a "broken cross" alias Peace Sign in semaphore and Wisconsin is one of those "take two" gesture with the sticks and stuff.  So Romney took Massachusetts, Vermont, Newt's Virginia, Idaho (that Mormon enclave) and even Sarah Palin's Alaska, apparently.  So basically Mitt did better than I was expecting he would last evening.  So what happened to "all those Southern States" where Newt was going to "Clean up on" on Super Tuesday and reestablish himself as a resurgent and still viable candidate?  That didn't happen.  So I don't know.  People said that one third of all party deligates were up for grabs yesterday.  Personally I don't see how the figure is any where that high.  A fifth or sixth of the deligates seems a bit more realistic.

President Obama is well aware of which side of the toast his electoral constituincy is buttered on, or whatever.  Is the President is going to err on the subject of Iran, he's going to err on the side of Hawkishness, to please the Atlanta crowd, and all the other hawks out there who are looking for metaphorical chickens out there to get their jollies with.  For now it seems that Iran is a more suitable candidate than Syria.  I think Syria is protected by Megan's law in the guise of a Russia and Chinese veto in the UN.  Iran is kind of a convienient emotional target just as Saddam Hussein was.  We have been pumped and primed as to our proper "stimulus response" should be with those nations.  It would seem that the President has exhibited a willingness to go all the way - - in the light of endless Republican probers into his personal credentials to even be President now.  Maybe if he attacks Iran's Nukes, people will believe he's not really a Kenyan with all of the attendent "Anti British Colonialism" stuff.  Personally I think the wise thing is to "let the sanctions work" but we've been down this road with Saddam Hussein.  Pat Buchannon said "We had Saddam Hussein in a box" and I think if we get Akmedinajab to agree to "international inspecters" well will also have him in a box, and Pandora will have to take a long, and hopefully Permanent Vacation.

My first novel "For What It's Worth" was about the End of the World set in November of 1973.  During the final weeks of 1973 and on into 1974 the world as we knew it was coming to an end.  We actually have Richard Nixon and Jerry Ford to blame for the bad economy and hyper inflation that occured then, the wake of which is what Reagan ran against in 1980 and won.  People in 1974 saw it differently.  Never again would Wages have the earning power they did them.  This was phase one of the long gas lines and we had odd / even rationing here in California.  Of course about the only driving I was doing in early 1974 was to consult with my bail bondsman to make sure everything was still kopecetic.  And of course to drive to the Paccoima Chamber of Congress as hired consultent as to how the good people can improve the image of their city.  John Lennon released "Walls and Bridges" and in my world there were all together too many Walls and not enough Bridges.  It was kind of the End of at least Phase I of the Classic Rock era.  The last album of the Michael Bruce incarnationof Alice Cooper came out at the turn of the year 1974 and ditto for Emerson, Lake, and Palmer and Black Sabbath (at least for some time to come) and it was the last decent album Chicago put out at the beginning of 1974 with Chicago VII.  Deep Purple was in its final throws.  The Who was planning a sequel to Quadrafinia called "Octavian" but when Mark Antony personally threatened Pete Townshend at the point of a sword, the Who gave up the idea, and began their sink into Ovlivian.  Of course Alice Cooper said good-bye to other space cadets in his band such as Neil and Glen.  The last John Lennon that actually had a MAJORITY of the songs worth listening to came out in late 1973.

This morning I had Raison Bran for breakfast and pancakes and a single strip of bacon hand delivered tome by Jimmy Mc Culloch himself all the way from Junior's Farm.  Economically I have learned the truth since yesterday that when other people have money, I have money because other people can afford to buy my coffee.  But returning to 1973 for the moment Pete Richards was off on his second European tour of 1973 with his band.  I kid you not.  He missed the funeral of my grandmother who had a myro-cartio infarction under a full moon.  I don't know how Grandpa took the news because Sylvia Brown was not available for comment.  Pink Floyd was on an ongoing state of Ecclipse.  John Fogerty decided to give his vocal chords a rest.  David Bowie lost what proved not to be an "indespensable member".  The Almon Brothere were suddenly no more.  There were cosmic signs such as that comet Kahutic, which was roomered to appear as bright as the day when it came.  Meanwhile tricky dick was messing around with the nation's clocks, leaving us all in the dark.  The Christian wheel of fortune people were playing letter numerology games with Henry Kissinger's name, hoping to sell more books, no doubt. I was wrapping up what would be my last semester at Cypress for a long time. The Exorcist was tearing up the Box Office charts making us begin to wonder whether our own tween might be a "bad seed", or is it just your garden variety Alcyonne demon.  But as long as we're talking about planting seeds - - the economic seeds of discord the Republicans complained about in 1980 were actually planted during this period.  It was a time when a lot of people were jumping ship and leaving the bands they were in, or in Wall Street's case, investors jumping out the window.  It was a time when as a people we lost sight of the "Yellow Brick Road" that led to that City of Opportunity off just beyond the poppy fields, where it's mandated by the local hippies that people mellow out a little before their final enterence into the City.  As Jim Morrison said when he decided to part company with the Federation for his native Andromeda D, "Tomorrow I enter the land of my Birth.  I want to be Ready".

'GREAT SCOTT!" , MR WILSON PAUSED TO REMARK

Testifying in a sworn deposition is not really purgery
(concerning Bill Clinton)

Jimmy Carter has more teeth than brains

There will be hot fudge sundaes in Hell before I ever give the State Attorney general the evidentce he is asking for

There is a Scripture that quotes God as saying “I know I made an eternal promise on a certain issue- - but NOW I’m telling you something different”
(I’ve never been able to find that scripture)

Cecil Rhodes is one of the most dangerous people the world has ever known because he believed in incorporating the principles of the Sermon on the Mount into secular governments

I’m not so old that I don’t have a few nerve cells that can still be stimulated

Wives, don’t listen to your husbands.  In fact after you have called me and made a pledge, do it behind their back.

The People of Ancient Egypt worshipped the star Thubin, or subtle one, that represents Lucifer.

Gene to Joe Mainstream Christian:  You can attending one of those Judaizing Multelators of God’s Grace like Mangolia Baptist Church if you want to, but people in my congregation know what real Liberty is.  (Don’t shake too many windows from laughing too loud on this one.)

Joe Mainstream Christian: I would rather worship where than I do than at your Fountain of Filth spiewing excrement from the King of Kings of Crap Himself.

The Catholics have a lot of damn nerve calling other denominations wrong in how they baptize.  Many do it by dunking, no sprinkling for them, but for the Catholics baptism isn't the real deal anyhow, they only do it for prophelactic reasons. (Selah)

St. Paul said, "Of course a lot of us have what is known as "Knowledge" (smirk, smirk)  Pastor Mark used this scripture to condemn Gnosticism as a license to sin.  However this verse is confusing and it's the doceticists that believed that the Spirit COULD not sin, and that the Flesh COULD NOT do right, so why make the effort?  The Gnostics did not believe this doctrine but were in general rather Spartin in their morality"

People are strange - when you're a Pastor
They don't look like people
They just look like Sheep

Now the nation of Iran announced they will be allowing foreign inspectors in to look at their nuclear plant to see if they have any "Weapons of mass destruction".  Pardon by Deja Vu but we've been down this road before.  Newt has a long memory.  He remembers how Karl Rove and the good old boys reacted to news in the negative on this issue.

And since Romney can't nail down Ohio he throws up his hands and exclaims in desperation, "True Sailing Is Dead!"

Elektra Records: "Excuse me Mitt; that line is already taken"

"She's lost in the Prison of her - Own Device"
-Jim Morrison

(Xtians tell us all feminine gender references in Scripture are actually references to the Church)

The Republican contraversy about Birth Control policy is like an Ovarian syst growing on the anus of the Republican Establishment, and causes just as much pain.

Rick Santorum has been declared the victor in Tennessee.  That makes him the winner of one whole State.  Neutie says "We survived the National Elite's attempt to kill us last summer".  And so today it's peachy in the peach state, but tomorrow it could just be the pits.

"The electorate is really going to Town
They all vote for Mitt Romney & put me Down
Help me get away from Willy Brown
Won't you please hIf ffffelp Deport Me!"

If Sheep were men -
the Midianite women would love it

If men were sheep -
both Grover Norquist and Eric Cantor would love it, but I'd never imply because of that coincidence - that either one was into bestiality or anything.

Unlike Laura Schlenger, I am not against sexual intercourse for grammar school kids.  "Hey - anybody ever heard of generic definitions?"

It's just your snoopy, surly, narco, FBI agent keeping America's future bright and gay.
I'm feeling thuper - - oh yes, so thuper ! - - because Today is Thuper Tuethday!!!

Republican Establishment: So, Lord Jesus, I hear tell that you are NOT a Dominionist.  Is this true?
Jesus:  Apparently you don't read Scripture.  I only appear on the scene when the present culture is about to be wiped out by a more power civilization.

Ohio is up in the air, no doubt kept aloft from Rush Limbaugh's hot air rhetoric.

Memo to Rush: Women who get paid for sex can be referred to as Prostitutes, Whores, Ladies of the Evening, Women of ill repute, Strumpets, Slanterns, or the most popular euphamism of all "Working Girls", but they are not referred to as Sluts.  Get it?

Gingrich and Santorum are like two old ladies who get into an all out fill sale battle using their purses and hat pins as weapons.

Rick Santorum is slightly ahead in Ohio now.  He can't help that.  His intelligence is only "slight" to begin with, so it only follows he could never be anything more than "slightly ahead".

"He's a good Jew, except Friday nights he drives to his secret bunker ten miles away to opporate his Ham radio, and on Saturday he takes his kids out  to eat pepperoni pizza, and on Sunday afternoon he enjoys playing football with his family, and admiring paintings of Jesus that his daughter in third grade paints"
-Ain't nothing wrong with that.

You know- six months ago President Obama was so low on the national polls that even people from Kenya were saying that President Obama was born in America.

Blacks from Africa look a lot whiter in Negative image than White people do.  Of course if your Rush Limbaugh you've Boehned up your skin tone, a little too inappropiately, with that spray on orange tan, so He comes out terquoise!

Now there is a certain paracitic WORM that has invaded a certain kind of Pig.  It's a new Women's Liberation organization called W O R M, or Women Opposed to Religious Meddeling

Captain Piccard: "Hey - Obrien, would your turn DOWN the Volume!!!"
Commander Reyker: "Larz, reduce the size of the holigraphic form of the nude statue by fifty percent".

-Jagger and Richards

"I just surrupticiously installed a keystroke logger - out to log all the key strokes you do"
"Oh yeah, you're that sexual technique researcher!  For an awful moment I thought you were one of them computer hackers we've heard so much about"

And now a web log that's actually a web log:

This is Stationery.  Bill just returned after an absence.  Syracruse just defeated Louisville at a little after three winning 58 to 49.  A little earlier it was Syracruse 50 and Louisville 31.  Syracruse had the ball the majority of the time probably in a “not to lose” clock watching stance.  But Louisville was good with the fast break.  Up till just now this has been pretty much a no internet and no politics Saturday.  In an early blurb of the game it was Syracruse 20 to Louisville 16.  Then I went out on the patio.  Today is a markedly warmer day than yesterday.  Mike Deletore wanted to know if I would make him frech coffee on the spot because I owed him one cigarette.  I don’t think so.  I don’t even remember borrowing one from him this time.  I went down to the courtyard and socialized.  Laurie was out there but I didn’t talk directly to her.  The three white birds were in the cage and one gray one.  Then the other gray one came out of the bird house.  The birds are still doing unusual whistles.  I got two cups of coffee from Laura.  Mike was not down there.
This morning I woke late and will elaborate later. (I guess that's Right Now)
Last night March 2nd the sun was shining brightly at a quarter to six.  It was ABC network news, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune.  I had been on computer but got off and thought I would stay off for the night.  Then I had Nikita on and I got bored so booted the computer and downloaded the Sodom and Gamorah story from the Catholic Bible.  The format is a little non standard because there are these X like things that can’t be deleted.  Word believes the material is part of a “Table”.  I saw how to convert text to tables, but not how to delete all imported formatting.  (Usually you see that as a mouse option.  Maybe I missed it)  At any rate I decided to play games with the text and embellish the plot a little.  Then I posted it as the first blog of the current run in “Rocca-Rolla”.  There was some show on at nine also on KTLA that I watched but when I saw that Bill had nodded off turned the TV off five minutes before the thing was over.  I still didn’t feel sleepy but figured “it was psychological” or something.

However at twenty to two I woke and could not get back to sleep.  So I went out on the patio and had a good conversation with James Fisher.  I smoked two cigarettes.  He reminded me that I still owed him fifty cents and I promised I’d have it for him later this morning, but did not keep my word.  I went back to bed.  But solid sleep was not forthcoming still.  So in an unprecedented mood I turned on the computer.  I turned that Catholic Word file to red pages with yellow print and also enlarged the font of the first paragraph, that was already different for some reason.  Then I tweak the plot on the blog posting itself and added in a few “bits” and posted.  It didn’t take long at all and I went back to bed.  It took me a little while even after this to get to sleep but I finally did.  But when I woke at 6:25 of course it was already very light outside and in fact the sun was shining when I went outside.  I figured early risers in the Eastern Time zones might appreciate my having the blog the way I wanted it.

I made coffee and drank it hurridly mostly before breakfast.  Both the Republican addresses and the Presidential address talked of an “All of the above” energy strategy.  The Republican said that bi-partisan bills had been passed, so maybe the President will sign them.  We had Raison Bran for breakfast.  I had to wait for a spoon and also milk and orange juice.  David gave me his “bread” and butter and jelly, and it’s the only butter and jelly I received.  I didn’t get any with mine.  We had scrambled eggs.  Soon after eight I played disk one of the Rolling Stones boxed CD set up to track 21, “The Spider and the Fly”, which seemed a logical breaking point.  Mc Affee just asked me if I wanted to scan right now freezing my typing strokes.  After this it was KTLK for the last seven or so minutes of that program ending at 9:30.  It was the Purity Energy formula with CO ! 10 and Resveritrol, and Vitamin B 12 and also Vitamin D.  Should I try it?  Then it was that cartoon series on KTLA that was having some sort of super hero contest involving the drawing of cards.  Then it was that Ninja super blender that even mixes pizza dough and actually makes “good ice cream” right on the spot and makes frosted bar drinks.  Then I had 92 JAM on for a while and some interesting songs there.  After this it was Bill Handel on the law till eleven.  It must have been ten radio stations I check that were all in commercial break at a quarter to eleven.  That’s amazing.
We had fruit and cottage cheese plate for lunch and service was quite prompt even though I was late.

V I N Y L - M A K E O V E R S
It's getting harder and harder to figure out where Conservatives or Neo Cons or the tea party or whoever - stand on issues these days.  For instance we hear cries that the Obama administration is anti Israel, and yet the President is meeting with Israeli prime minister Netenyahoo today and assuring him again and again that we stand with Israel.  And the Prime Minister agreed that for not diplomacy and sanction pressures on Iran are enough for the time being.  As to Afghanistan, we hear that official government Afghan soldiers killed six of our guys.  It wasn't the Talliban that did it but "our own government".  When it comes to Vladimir Putin, his rrelection after twelve years in office already, is highly suspect.  People were protesting in the streets till forcable Police action dispursed the crowds there.  Nobody seems concerned any more about the loss of civil rights in Russia because Russia is completely off the RADAR screen of people like Pat Buchannon, who regards Russia merely as "a major world power whom we dare not offend because we need them".  In terms of the whole Syria masacre that's going on there in their civil war, Pat merely says "The thing is, it isn't our problem".  Pat doesn't believe we should be concerned about the attrocities that are going on at Syria at all of the degeneration of any moral guidelines of President Assad.  The feeling seems to be "with all of this Arab spring stuff, we don't know the politics of the people who want to replace the current leaders, so as such it's better to deal with the Devil we know rather than the Devil we don't".  It's all too confusing.

In terms of the Rush Limbaugh show I listened to a caller.  She was upset that people were mad at Rush Limbaugh at all.  She regards him apparently as some kind of a cultural martyr for fighting the "American culture wars" that the Right never tires of talking about.  Rush points out that Andrew Britebart was a guy who grew up under the worst political conditions of West Hollywood, speaking of it as though it were East Germany or something.  "But he managed to get out of it".  But a symptum of these "culture wars" were charges that liberals called Sarah Palin a slut.  I never remember any one on our side using that term.  Much more likely we used terms such as "irresponsible" and "morally inconsistent".  If Rush doesn't know the difference he's pathetic.  Many were concerned about the safety of Sarah's unborn child because she was flying around so active and flew thousands of miles in a plane while pregnent so that the child could be born in Alaska.  But people on the right also never tire of doing the whole "poor me" bit when it comes to "You know, I'm a victum of Obama because I'm just trying to make ends meet economically, and I have to see the expressions of my kid's faces drop when I tell then we can't go to Mac Donald's.  And then Rush goes on a tyrade against TV sitcoms and Rap Music Artists and kind of says "You know it's all been getting worst for 25 years and you think it's going to bottom out but it never does".  You know?  Even if everything Rush says is true (always a dubious assumption) how does all that justify the sort of conduct Rush has demonstrated lately?  Tell me that.

There is more commentary after the album listings, plural.  It strikes me that the biggest lie I was ever told by the Church growing up was that "One should never put Self as the center of our world but always put Jesus at the center, and that agape love always meant putting the other person's interest above that of your own.  One thing wrong with this is that when one says "You should put Jesus at the center of your life".  So if you put Jesus at the center of your life, in a sense you are doing JUST what HE did.  He made Himself the Central Issue at all times that eclipsed ANY other issue he was talking about, even national survival.  As Maurie Head put it over four decades ago "You've become to matter more than the things you say (issues you talk about).  So the whole "message therapy session" wasn't an endulgence in the Flesh but rather the "Worship of God by a religious pilgrem".  Of course the other part of the lie of "dying to self" and all of that presupposes two things.  That your OWN life is Worthless and therefore your only hope is to live vicarious living another's life.  The other part of this lie if that those TELLING you to do it- - are themselves of course Holy Examples of their own words, which they indubitably are not.  The other part of this lie (how many parts are there?) is the presupposition that Jesus is some known comodity, or denominator by which you can apportion your life.  But mathematically you can't divide by zero.  I have never met Jesus and I don't think you have either.  Isn't the corner stone of ANY religion to be honest- at least with Yourself. (Selah)  Flash: Mitt Romney just had a late surge in Ohio over Santorum.  Now Rick Santorum will have the opportunity to demonstrate some of that famed "Catholic humility", huh?

First of all there is this oh so troubling “Red Shirt” movement where you hold back kindergartners till they are aged six to enroll them, the most school districts seem to be letting them get away with it.  What is particularly strange is that most of these mothers (and it’s usually mothers) were the same ones who played Mozart for their infants to culturally enrich them, and these children already know how to read at age six but are still enrolled as kindergartners so that they are bigger and more dominant and socially popular and the theory goes, “These kids are more likely than not elected as Student Body Presidents” and the like.  I think this whole theory is a bunch of horse puckey myself.  They point to Ice Hockey players in Canada as though they were race horses, needing to be born in January.  In my day the cut off was unofficially December first and not September first anyhow, and this date was flexible, and often students born after December would be in the higher grade.  Why make your kid one year dumber than other kids his age?  It used to be you’d be honored if your kid got to skip a grade.  The Chicago school district originally did not want to go along with this whole “Red Shirt” or what I call “Red West” plan.  I suspect peoples like Red West and other football stars of the South were held back so they would be bigger and stronger and get to play another year.  Some surveys cite this behavior is highly counter-productive in that it creates behavior problems in the kids as they get bored and restless with no mental stimulation.

We have the Catholic priest child molestation problem as a situation that is NOT dead and buried as most people thought.  In Ireland the hostility to the Vatican has gotten so strong that church people have taken to publicly attacking the Church in parliament, which was previously not done.  Church leaders in Ireland have openly opposed Vatican cover ups and instituted their own rules for Priests and children saying that at no time should a Priest be left alone with a small child with some “chaperone’ or something.  Some priests are sick about the cover up.  Church attendance in Ireland has dropped to a mere fraction of what it used to be, and Priests ordination in Ireland has been decimated.  They stress that there are still ongoing cases out there happening now that are still undiscovered.  They say there are maybe hundreds of culpable priests who each have molested fifteen to twenty or even more children in the course of their carrier.  You know- - I don’t think all of this new negative press will serve the campaigns of Santorum or Gingrich well.  And these lines they use about “It’s just the abandonment of traditional Values in society that is the problem and not the Church” is the biggest Royal cop out of all time.

Now you have this “Pay for Pain” scandal in the N F L.  Apparently there is this one coach and I forget his name, that instituted this policy when he worked for the NO Saints, the Buffalo Bills, and also the Washington Redskins.  Certain star players have been target to be “taken out” and deliberately put out of commission by breaking his neck or whatever, that would affect the course of good teams with especially talented players.  They say it’s ironic that this scandal should be revealed now in light of the N F L’s new concern about brain concussions, and their new found sensitivity to this issue.  Obviously is this “hired hit” policy is not corrected and very soon, Professional Football will degenerate into some corrupt system of having no respect at all for good sportsmanship and gamesmanship, and the whole goal will be “winning at any costs”, much as these tea party republicans believe in fighting dirty.

A total of seven sponsors have now pulled their adds from the Rush Limbaugh Show.  Stephanie Miller for one is glad because many of the people who sponsored Rush’s show, also sponsored her show.  Pro Flowers is the now seventh sponsor to pull their support.  Other advertisers who have dropped their adds from the Rush Limbaugh show include that “Sleep Numbers” mattress thing.  They sponsored the Al Franken show and Al would say “My number is 100.  I like it firm”.  My mattress is too hard.  I noticed it was like a board when I got it, and it hasn’t softened up with time.  This was a few months ago.  Other sponsors to pull out of Rush’s show are Carbonite, the cloud backup system, and Quicken Loans.  Of course this whole controversy got started when that lady spokeswoman was denied along with all other women, from testifying at Daryl Eisa, s committee hearing.  Of course Rush called her a “slut”.  Rush does know, doesn’t he, that its prostitutes who charge for sex.  Sluts give it away for free.  His whole metaphore of prostitutes, pimps, and Johns seemed a little unfocused and convoluted.  And then he adds this bit about “If you’re going to have a lot of sex, you’ll take more birth control pills”.  He DOES know that you don’t take more birth control pills when you’re gona have a lot of sex that evening –doesn’t he?  No grown man could be that stupid.  He obviously has birth control mixed up with another drug, and that would be Viagara.  Of course that lady who testified was apparently a lesbian to begin with and was taking the medication for an ovary problem like endometriosis, which is an inflammation of the felopian tubes that I guess can get painful.  And no tax payer dollars are at stake at all.  Some of these “apologies” are not apologies but stated in terms of “What I said was correct, but I perhaps didn’t state it as tactfully as I could have.  I should have used different “word choice” when I called you a slut”.

In terms of the whole amniotic fluid testing- - of course there is an increasing number of diseases where even if they can’t cure them in utero, the doctors can be prepared for whatever disease the baby is destined to have, and can prepare to take the necessary steps. With many childhood ailments, the quicker that prompt action is taken, the more likely some sort of cure.  This even goes for autism, which if caught soon enough, the worst effects of it can be warted off.  Of course now they are on the verge of attacking cancer in new and exciting ways from several different direction.  I still hold out hope for that guy on Sixty Minutes, or rather who WASN’T on - - and this involved tailoring the chemo therapy drug to the genetics of the specific patient so that the drug will be the most effective, and keeping the side effects to a minimum  We seem to be rewriting the whole book on aging.  Church Smith used to teach that these cosmic particle “Neutrinos” were the things that caused aging.  But today people just don’t “age” the way they used to.  Sixty seems to be the new forty, and eighty seems to be the new sixty.
