You Do Not Want Mitt Romney for President

Latinos need to be made aware of sentaments of people like Antonon Scelia in formulating whether they will vote for Mitt Romney as President.  As you know, Mitt Romney has labeled himself as "A severely conservative Presidential candidate".  At no time since his "conversion" to tea party politics has Mitt Romney EVER deviated from the tea party talking points.  Not really.  The worst he's done is take the political "fifth amendment" with questions such as Bob Sheefer the other Sunday on "Face the Nation". But again here is a case where legally in court his own Attorney would stand up and call Objection for "Having been already asked and answered".  Mitt Romney is already On The Record is saying "If I were President I would Veto the Dream Act".  He also talked about "self deportation" as a remedy for these people whom the dream act applies to in that they "should engage in Self Deportation".  Mitt Romney also characterized Arizona's law as "a model for the rest of the nation to follow".  The other provisions of the law stipulate that it is Illegal for any illegal to Seek employment.  It is illegal for any undocumented person to be caught without a green card.  And any illegal alien can be picked up by the local police- - - arrested- - - without a Warrent.  This is what Mitt Romney calls an "ideal model".  I would not like to give you Scelia's take on the whole subject.  As follows:
Justice Antonin Scalia took President Barack Obama to task in a scathing 22-page dissent to Monday’s Supreme Court decision striking down the majority of Arizona’s anti-illegal immigration law, calling Obama’s failure to enforce parts of the Immigration Act “mind boggling.”“The president said at a news conference that the new program is ‘the right thing to do’ in light of Congress’s failure to pass the administration’s proposed revision of the Immigration Act,” Scalia wrote in his dissent. “Perhaps it is, though Arizona may not think so. But to say, as the Court does, that Arizona contradicts federal law by enforcing applications of the Immigration Act that the President declines to enforce boggles the mind.”
The Reagan appointee went on to write:“Arizona bears the brunt of the country's illegal immigration problem. Its citizens feel themselves under siege by large numbers of illegal immigrants who invade their property, strain their social services, and even place their lives in jeopardy. Federal officials have been unable to remedy the problem, and indeed have recently shown that they are unwilling to do so. Thousands of Arizona's estimated 400,000 illegal immigrants—including not just children but men and women under 30—are now assured immunity from enforcement, and will be able to compete openly with Arizona citizens for employment.”  Scalia called Obama’s immigration enforcement policy “lax,” alleging that the federal government does not want to enforce immigration laws, which could leave the States “helpless before those evil effects of illegal immigration.”  Scalia argued that the entire Arizona immigration law should have been upheld because the state is “entitled” to craft its own immigration policy.    The majority of the justices ruled Monday that Arizona’s law is unconstitutional with the exception of the provision that allows police officers to ask about an individual’s immigration status if they are pulled over during a traffic stop.

IT ISN'T A QUESTION OF MONEY - BUT POWER

People hate it when our side quotes the Bible, for instance on the dangers of "the love of Money" and how that can consume a whole personality till there is nothing left.  But I don't want to be accused of "cherry picking" the Holy Book.  These people will also talk about "the whole counsil of God" and "keeping the Whole Law".  OK let's look at the whole law.  According to Neil of KFI alias Jesus Christ, some of the "child like" and "simple - - basic things" that God "started the people off on" before they had time to "mature" were things as follows.  It's wrong for a man to lie with a man as with a woman.  This would preclude anal sex, but not other forms of sex nor any "romantic attraction" to the same sex.  We are enjoined from mixing wool with cotton, God detests blind or lame priests before him, it's an abomination for a woman to have any physical touching of a man, such as shaking hands in a business setting, while she is having her period.  And - - any child who reviles his father and his mother shall be put to death".  These are the "basic ones" according to Neil of KFI.  There is also the guy who was stoned for gathering faggots on the Sabbath.  (I could do something with that one)  But according to Neil some of the more esoteric or mature commands are things like "love your neighbor as yourself" "turn the other cheek" and "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".  I think in Neil's mind since they are more "mature" doctrines they need not be Followed by "just anybody" like the other ones must be (in order to obey the Whole Law)  So you see why I feel justified in saying reference to money and greed pervade almost every book of the Bible, accross testament lines, found in Gospel and Epistle alike.  Now we come to Judy's little E mail about how "The Rich are jumping Obama's ship" meaning they are leaving the country.  My first impulse is to say to such people "There is the Exit.  Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out".  If these rich people were so hard up for money down to their last million or so- - - why is Sheldon Adelson donating one hundred Million- - to the Mitt Romney campaign, after running adds against him in the SC primary.  Adds, by the way, that involved "victims" of Bane Capital.  Funny world, huh?  It isn't a question of money but power.  These Rich People HAVE all the money they could ever use to indulge their own pleasures.  They can have yachts and mansions aplenty and all the Prostitutes and drugs they can manage.  Every desire of the flesh and the lust of the eye as at their disposal for fulfillment.  But then they come after OUR money.  They want to drive OUR wages down and OUR taxes and fees higher, and they want to raid OUR social securety funds and government employee pension funds.  They want to take away OUR civil liberties and rights and turn OUR America, the country we Love, into a third world nation like the South American republics of old.  And they are major league HATERS.  They hate the old, the disabeled, the momosexual, the Black, the Latino, the native American, the College student trying to get out from under his debts, and Intellectuals of almost any stripe.  Yet Judy would portray these ultra rich as blameless "victoms of ever increasing Obama taxes".  I don't know what planet she's on, but these tea baggers on the right obviously live in a state of Alternate Reality, which would provide rich material for the psychiatrist's couch.  You do not want to vote for Mitt Romney as President.  He would turn our economy into a third world economy overnight, and the worst thing is he'd probably say President Obama is to blame for calamaties that befall the nation on HIS watch post 2013.  Think about these things when you enter the voting booth this November

Now when we speak of “Mother’s Little Helper” we aren’t referring to valium any more but rather the ADHD drug, Adderol.  The craze first got started when one mother was feeling overwhelmed by work and so stole a pill from her daughters ADHA prescription and took it and felt great and was able to get an amazing amount of housework done.  But she couldn’t stop with just one, and so a whole network of women organized on the internet with instructions on how to trick your doctor into prescribing it for you.  But of course all good things come to an end and the drug is addictive.

The Forum in Inglewood will again fall into secular hands.  They were “occupied” by a number of years by Central Bible Church or something but they sold out.  That makes two major church centers selling out in the past year.  I don’t know if that’s any kind of trend.  Anyhow the Forum was classy in its architecture with its round design and those circling collums.  Now developers are sinking a lot of money into it and the whole area is going to be build up and refurbished so it will again be a money maker for the city of Inglewood.  And the residents of Inglewood are thrilled about it.

We have the twin weather ravages of fire and water.  Tropical storm Debby has finally hit landfall after days of a deluge of rain over the leading edge.  At least Florida can’t complain about a drought any more like years ago.  Once they had two feet of downpour within a few hours.  And of course there are a lot of creepy crawly things in the water.  The storm veered to the right and bypassed the city of Pensicola and will transverse the northern part of Florida and exit the state around Jacksonville.  And meanwhile it is 105 degrees in Denver and temperatures through the southwestern part of the great plains are showing Arabian type temperatures and the area over a hundred degrees covers a gigantic swath of land.  So this makes the ravaging fires in the area all that much harder to contain, and the experts say it will be first snow till the fires are even brought under any kind of containment.  That’s global warming for you.   Of course the pine beetle has something to do with it, too.

Real Estate prices going up were something Judy first commented on in May of this year, when she remarked that singles were taking over “respectable neighborhoods’ throwing loud parties where drugs are used and dragging down the neighborhood.  So much for the blessings of Capitalism.  But real estate prices are up 1.3% nation wide apparently and many regard it as a positive sign if more people can get out from under their underwater mortgages and come out economically solvent at the other end.  That way you may have just seen one more couple convert to voting for Obama.

Now they are slightly changing the College Bowl system because now you will have four top teams chosen by committee and seeds one and four will play each other and seeds two and three will play each other.  The final Bowl game will be restricted to four places I believe, either the Sugar bowl, Fiesta bowl, Orange bowl, or Rose bowl, which is pretty much the way it is now.  But will they show any of it on TV?

That lady who wrote “You’ve Got Mail”, “Julie and Julia”, “Sleepless in Seattle” and “When Harry Met Sally” died today at the age of 71 of Lukemia.  She is considered important enough to get good coverage on various venues.

US Supreme Court Voids Montana Law

Today the United States Supreme Court Struck Down Montana's one hundred year old law banning corporate donations to any political campaign.  They really did this without a lot of comment.  So where are all the state's right's people on this one?  This is another of those areas where the federal government has stuck its nose into state doings where they in my oppinion overstep their constitutionally prescribed "federalist system" limitations.  Other such areas in my oppinion are things such as air safety polution and safety laws where the federal government has assumed preeminence.  Another obvious such area is the counting of voter ballots in the Florida presidential election where men in black robes on their own designate that George Bush would be the next President.  Then we come to Arizona where you have another state and Federal conflict.  Jan Brewer has her ideas on the subject and President Obama and Att Gen Eric Holder have others.  Here I am sympathetic to Arizona in that I feel that Jan Brewer is somewhat justified in her attitude that a state has a right to determine whether certain citizens are legal or not.  From what I can tell the Court kind of punted on this one.  They struck down three of the four major provisions of the Arizona law leaving in tact the most important "show us your papers' provision.  They do say that police are limited in not unreasonably detaining a subject for arrests such as jaywalking there- - it would be a violation of their rights to hold them while they check them out.  I don't think there are any clear winners in this case.  Then we come to Health Care, but it's roomered that Justice Roberts doesn't want to go down in history is the Justice who put a stop to medical health care laws "75 years in the making".  Franklin Roosevelt wanted some sort of federal health care laws passed in 1935 but he knew he couldn't do it.  Harry Truman ran in 1948 as the President who would give us Health Care - - in his attack on the republican congress as a "do nothing congress".  After winning the election and getting a democratic congress still no health care bills were passed.  When the Johnson Medicare bill was being debated in late 1964 there was talk of gradually dropping the minimum age every ten years till everyone was included, but that never happened either.  There is no Medicare part E, for everyone.  Finally we come to 1993 when the Hillary Care bill was up before congress.  The Republicans and the Heritage foundation came up with their own alternate medical care bill in 1993, which contained the individual mandate to buy insurance.  The Heritage Foundation aptly points out that to drive a car you have to own liability insurance.  This is a pragmatic requirement in this day and age due to the way insurance laws are constructed in this country.  Clearly the President thought ht was "giving the Republicans what they wanted" in adopting the Heritage Foundation plan to require the individual insurance mandate.  But the tea party and people like Mitch Mc Conell has already said that they intended to "break this President", whatever that is (and it doesn't sound good) and would do anything to oppose him on any issue, even by not passing desperately needed jobs legislation of the past year.  The tea party had an agenda as far back as 1971 when Louis Powell sent some White House memo saying that the Nixon administration needed to set up some kind of "All Republican News Network" and two decades later Fox News was born, whose stated purpose was to be a propaganda instrument for the far right wing.

In right wing world we have the Romney's and their drassage horses.  This is a sport of the elite rich, for people like the Reverent Gene Scott to partake in.  Us conomers would not even know the finer art of appreciating such "horse show" events.  Apparently Mitt Romney tried to pull a fast one and sell someone a lame horse for $120,000 by drugging a horse and trying to pass it off as normal or something.  Now we learn that Romney as a father- - used to have a favorite past time of playfully shoving his son's faces into a stick or tub of butter and then just laughing about it.  Clearly, as with other areas, Mitt Romney's sense of humor is different from a lot of ours.  Of course you already know about the whole thing with Bane Capital setting up corporations, at Romney's instigation, to facilitate the export of even more US jobs to China.  Whatever Mitt Romney was as "a person" ten years ago he is clearly NOT that now in a lot of ways.  Back in 2002 he walked about his expertise in "creating jobs" running for governor as Massachusetts, but once he actually got into power, he then lost jobs for the state, and was back to his old tricks of exporting jobs to China.  Just call him the outsource king.  It's a case now of why are you going to allow yourselves to be conned by this man again?  Who obviously has no sense of decency or personal honor.  I think we know pretty well by now Mitt Romney's "mindset" on the whole jobs question.  And since we know he wan't be trusted when he tells the Cubans in Florida "Trust Me" on the immigration issue- -  there is no reason why they should.  By Mitt Romney not agreeing to keep the ban in deportations in place, what he is really saying is that my "final solution" to your problem- - is to Deport you, and now that I have lifted the President's ban on your being Deported there is nothing any longer to Stop me from Deporting you all.  So all of those "dream act" people can just wave "Bye Bye" to all their hopes and dreams about a better life and job prospects and education in America.

Michelle Bachman has come out of the woodwork apparently to announce that the Obama government is crawling with Moslem Brotherhood members.  Now it's official that a member of the Moslem brotherhood will be the next leader of Egypt and the people are celebrating, and let's hope they aren't let down.  In recent news Alex Travek is recovering from a heart attack today.  California is the only state where kids are allowed to reapply suntan lotion during field trips and the like.  Two sisters were red as beets and one had a form of Albinoism.  They say that women who get fertility treatments have kids that are on an average of one inch shorter.  A can of Coke would go nicely about now.  Now there is talk about bringing back debtors prison, the same way people way Newt Gingrich wants to bring back child labor.  In terms of the whole thing with Daryl Isa, apparently it's clear now that Isa is not accusing the President of any Watergate style "cover-up".  So in essence all the tea party people are just blowing smoke out their ass.  It's pointed out that all those relivent documents Isa wanted were after the entire opperation Fast and Furious had been closed down in January of 2011, when they want documents on or after February of 2011.  So there is not even a possability that somehow they would learn about how this so called "crime" was organized.

I guess you could call this next paragraph "The Last D J" or in our case the Last Liberal.  The last gasp of "Classic Rock" could be in the first half of the nineties.  You have "Last Dance with Mary Jane' by Tom Petti as well as "The Last DJ", which isn't on his Best Of - - album.  You had "Get a Haircut and Get a Real Job" out in 1993 by George Thorogood.  The Dr. Demento Show was on its last legs in 1993.  You had Next Generation - - winding down for UPN fans.  Kurt Cobain died in early April of 1994 and that kind of signaled the beginning of the end of the Grunge Rock movement- - whose songs were respectable enough to play on KLOS.  You know the groups - - - you had Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots. Alice in Chains, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, as well as last gasps of fame by even the Beatles with their Anthology Series.  Jerry Garcia's dying in mid summer of 1995 more than anything else signaled the end once and for all of "Our Generation's" music.  Oddly the Grateful Dead got a lot LESS air radio play after Jerry was gone than before.  Usually as a way of honoring the Dead they will play more of a group after they are gone, for a while, but not this time.  1996 was the year that I ended my long carrier of writing snail mail letters to the media.  I'll tell you this:  Night Time TV was a whole lot better eighteen or twenty years ago than it is now.  My brother even remarked how back then you did not see near the drug commercials that you see on TV all the time now.  These times are so distressing you have to be drugged to face them.  Of course you actually HAD "real liberals" in congress back then such as Senator Feingold of Wisconsin, and Robert Byrd, and Ted Kennedy.  Someone said there were only fifty days between Al Franken being installed as senator and Ted Kennedy dying and you couldn't pass everything they wanted to in a fifty day window, even an immigration bill that Mc Cain and Kennedy worked on in the Bush Administration that President Bush indicated he was for- - but they couldn't get it past the Republican congress.

There are places in the Bible where Jesus says "There will come a time when every private thought you have will be made known.  What you today in Secret will be shouted from the Mountaintops".  This could be prophetic of the Internet.  However many Republicans cloister and make certain decisions and set their goals to accomplish in Secret.  We know that time that Governor Scott Walked thought he was talking to a Koch Brother on the phone.  He got elected on one platform, but did far more radical and draconian actions once he assumed power- - just as he told his followers in Secret he would  We need to insure that Mitt Romney does not do the same thing.  Most men of Faith will admit that "God knows everything.  He knows everything ABOUT everything- - and there is no Secret that is hidden from him- - - either now or in the Future, I might add.  God already knws who the winner of this year's presidential election will be.  I would imagine if God actually were to deem to communicate with anybody like Pat Robertson or whoever, he would speak with this knowledge of the Future in mind.  A lot of people pride themselves on their Stupidity.  When I remind Dr. Levy about how President Clinton raised taxes and the economy took off and the deficet was eliminated, Dr. Levy responds, "Well, I don't know anything about that".  My response back should have been "Then what DO you know about in the subject of economics??"  There's a Lennard Skynard song that goes "I Know A Little" - - and some would say "A little knowledge is dangerous" like the Packlid race on Star Trek.  They are like the tea party.  They are really retarded but know just enough - - they "have enough working digits to be able to pick up a pen and sign the bills we write out for them in advance".  Sometimes people think " - - And Baby I Can Guess the Rest".  You never know.  Sometimes Movies I leave in the middle of end up not playing out at All the way I thought they would, when I come back and check with people.  A more proper attitude is 'I don't know what I don't know- - but I'm prepared to investigate and find out, and also to pick up a lucky clue when one is dropped into my lap now and then".

I watched the whole thing about Eric Holder and after dinner the focus was on Mitt Romney.  First it was these Bane Capital China details where Bane Capital was most associated in setting up corporations whose duty it is to arrange for the shipping of jobs to China.  An Obama ad points out that Romney said the very same thing in the Massachusetts campaign about his “job creation” experience, when he didn’t help Massachusetts but went on outsourcing jobs.  May I suggest the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior?  Where was an extensive Washington Post article on this matter.  Then it was the whole border thing again with Obama today giving that speech before the same group Romney spoke at yesterday, but how Obama’s speech was a lit better delivered, and also evoked a lot more positive response from the audience.  Then there was a Romney letter telling Florida governor Rick Scott to stop bragging about the Florida economy because his positivism is undermining Romney’s negativism about the economy.  Bill isn’t here right now and I just smoked the last cigarette of the pack.  I guess right now I’ll make coffee and un-mute Eye Witness news.


I learned from Nicole Sandler that this operation Fast and Furious- - connects two almost non related events as though there were some causal effect of one upon the other.  The whole Arizona border raid with ATF or ICE or whoever, occurred because of a locally planned operation in December 2012 or something.  It just so happened that this suspect gun was among the suns suspected for the killing but the bullet was so badly mangled they could not isolate it to one particular gun.  And this so called “revised testimony” of Eric Holder was from saying “He knew nothing about it” to “I kind of heard but didn’t know any of the specifics”.  The testimony Daryl Isa wants is grand jury testimony, which is always kept secret, and every legal person knows that.  Isa also wanted wire tap material and this too is subject to numerous legal restrictions as to who may get their hands on it. Lives could be at stake were it to be made public, especially considering the fact that the first people the tea party contacts are right wing bloggers, the least reliable people to get a fact straight.  As to the decedent’s parents, their testimony seems to me highly scripted and it’s unlikely they would write a letter like that spontaneously.   What each of these topics brought up in this post illustrate is that Romney is boxed in and vulnerable on a whole host of fronts.  If the Democrats ask Romney how he feels about Daryl Isa he again will be boxed in with a damned if he does and damned if he doesn't scenario playing out.  The same thing will be true when the Supreme Court ever rules on the constitutionality of the Obama Health Care bill.

Now we learn that the victory of the Moslem Brotherhood in the recent Egyptian election may be voided by the military who has just "changed the constitution".  Now the people at large are thinking of staging more protests to register their disapproval.  T The Orion Federation has already registered its disapproval. The thinking goes that they believe "elections should at least appear to be fair"   And by the military intervening they just confirm old fears about repression and all.  However the Federation was in favor of the "military" or traditionalist candidate.  But they feel that they'd prefer a "clean win" rather than a tainted on. By the way Stewart was not for Miami because he regards MVP Labran James as a traitor to the Cleveland Cavileers.  I hadn't thought of that. You know summer is here because Congress is in recess for the millionth this time so far this year.  The Ice Hockey and Basketball seasons are now concluded.  There is guarenteed to be a derth of news and apparently the London Olympics don't begin till late July.  I haven't even heard a date stated for either Party so called "convention" but I figure it's just too long off to even think about.  I got a TV test shot today.  Dr. Levy still has another week to go on his Italy vacation. Winbelton will again be interrupting "Days of our Lives". Nora came by at a few minutes to three and told me to sit down as I was about to look through the dresser drawer for money.  She cleaned the bathroom and mopped the floor.  Just before she departed I heard some scrubbing sound, as with a scrub brush, by the door.  After she left I looked through the drawer and eventually found the money in the baggie that was zipped shut but ripped out.  I fished out two fifty cent pieces that were dated 1971 and 1972 and so were post 1969, so they would have no premium worth for their silver content.  Now I have the money to buy cigarettes.

The average price per gallon is now $3.45 and in some places in the country it's $2.83 like in South Carolina.  This is more bad news for the Romney campaign.  Dr. Levy's vision of five dollar a gallon gasoline to assure a Mitt Romney victory- - has faded away.  We all know that lower gasoline prices translate to improved commerce, lowered food costs, and increased prosperity in general.  They just announced that they misfigured some of California's pension funds and have acertained that the 401 K's are worth a lot more than those statistics indicate.  There was the FIRST ever conviction of any Catholic authority- - for "covering up child molesting scandals" by quietly shipping off troublesome priests to some other unsuspecting community.  I'd just like to know where in the Bible they got the idea this is what they were "supposed to do" with child molesters?

After we "pass on" we have absolutely idea of controling "where we go" or whether our "souls" will even still exist.  It's a possability our souls may "exist" for a while and then "not exist" for a season and then "exist" again.  And when I say "exist' I mean in ANY form.  Of course reincarnation need not be restricted to human beings but existing as any form of animal life, and needless to say your next incarnation need not necessarily be on this planet.  You don't need to go to any other "Place" to be in Hell.  Any number of contingencies and localities on this planet Earth will more than suffice.  I'd be a hundred times more worried about that than I am of a guy in red tights waving a pitch fork around.  Personally I like the Alice Cooper line "I've seen the sights down here.  I'd show you all the film I took if they would only - - Let Me Go.  But I'm having a Hell of a time down here - Wish you were Here.  I hope that list line was spoken in an affectionate sense.  But there is no way one can lucidly state that you can somehow "make your reservations for Heaven" or that somehow- - one event will "tick God off so bad" that he will say "All right; that's the last straw - - Now you're gona get it!"  Some believe that the ultimate sense of Hell is for a person to live in an eternal state of regret and guilt and a bad case of the "if only's".  You know as well as I that this psychological state doesn't last forever.  Many time people who have endured long punishments so out of perportion with the crime lose all sense almost of "what life was ever like" on the Outside because they are so used to their State in their minds it's like it's "always been like this".  Neil Savedra has never in my oppinion justified this "eternal punishing".  But the Bible is pretty explicit in a lot of cases that "resting on your laurals" won't Save you when and if you should morally "fall" or "turn bad" or "go to the dark side".  In the same vein the Bible also states that if a man repents of his sin, and here there are no qualifiers, that "His evil will not be remembered against him".  The idea that you were eternally damned on September 8th 1977 at a Christian rally for a decision you failed to make that "set your course" is pretty silly.  Yet that's how some would play it.  We have used the terms of endothermic and exothermic to refer to heat.  May I suggest that karma can also be endo or exothermic.  Exothermic karma would be someone who as it were "lives off of their body fat during a famine".  Whereas the one of endothermic karma might be like that vitamin D Purity add where you soak up the good karma "in your system" and "fill up all the pools of reserve that have gone dry".  In this vein you are building up your soul but it doesn't show up yet in your environment.  An analogy to this could be blood calclum.  Some medications steal it from your blood to go to your bones while other medications steal it from your bones to go into your blood, where it lowers your blood pressure.  Those "off center" (Not off Axis but off Center) have rounded perabolas.  In essence in terms of practicality it means their "frame of reference" is limited.  This is the sign of the youth.  I don't know about Young Souls.  There are certain "lessons" such as respect and discipline, that adults are a whole lot quicker to "pick up on" than for kids.  Are they to Blame for this?  It's not my place to judge.  There is virtue in being in the "Now" but I suppose one could be so MUCH in the "Now" that one kind of drifts through life not thinking about how past deeds affect future developments.  So to review being "young" whatever that means to you - - is the same as being "off center".  That is you have never really reflected or "defined yourself" and all that stuff I usually regard as worthless.  Perhaps if your "sin quotient" were near zero being "Young" as we define it would not be a liability.  But the more "bad karma" you have to work off- - the more important it is that you Be "Centered".


So Who Are You?  Karmicly the most important statement is You Are what you DO.   Physically you Are what you EAT.  From God's perspective You Are what you were DESIGNED to Be, whether you want to Be that or not.  From a psychologist's view you Are who you SEEM to be.  This may sound "unprofessional" but true.  One of my wise sayings is "Sometimes things ARE exactly as they Appear to be at first impression.  "You never get a second chance to make a first Impression".  There is a psychological truth in this.  This one has the Caviat or Provision is that the one "observing' or "getting" said First Impression is relatively free of Engrams.  Some would say to me, "But aren't we how we Feel?"  Not really, and I'll tell you way.  How can you Answer a question to which you have already indicated that you don't Know the answer.  It's like candidate Herman Kane saying "I have no real information on this topic But - - - " and then go on to elucidate oppinions he got from you know not where- - on a subject he's already admitted he knows nothing about.  Most people don't "reflect".  You can't, contrary to what psychics say, step out of your own body and look at it.  You need others to provide the Mirror through which you can get some kind of "other" or "observer" view of Yourself.  It's like these people who exclaim "I never knew I sounded like that on tape".  We once said people with only one Friend- - have at MOST a chance of a 76% attainment of happiness.  But if you can't even trust yourself (and surprisingly many people Know that they Can't trust Themselves but strangely this doesn't bother them) and since a Sane person would not develope any Friendship with one they could not Trust- - then a person who can't even trust himself has No Friends.  Many such people turn to God as a way of "making it OK".  One time a radio caller turned to Jesus of KFI desperately seeking forgiveness for a very specific act and Jesus said to him "I know what you want from me.  You want me to say to you it will be OK.  But I can't say that".  I at this point would say a similar thing to many people who will indicate that "I wouldn't trust Me" but go on to say "I wouldn't trust Me but I expect You to trust me.  Because if I play the God card, that's all I need to Make It Allright.  This idea of "making it Allright' is so perniciously employed even by Ayan Rand loving Tea Party members to excuse the worst sort of moral depravity and their own vile deeds.  People who are set on an Evil course are often systematized and organized.  That's not their problem.  That is they are highly goal oriented and they often have a plan or "script" and follow it to the letter, and sometimes this is even a subconscious thing.  A Calvinist might say "Even an Evil person is doing God's will if it's God's will from Eternity for that Soul to be eternally damned".  That sounds Cold but think about it a minute.  Their concern about the National Debt is a ruse and a cover for hiding their own personal "karmic imbalance of payments".  People who are really Good are able to see an admitted Evil, such as Debt as something that Exists and must be recognized, but they don't let the evil of it Inside them and corrupt their whole being with its Darkness.  Darkness occurs when too many of the Christmas tree bulbs just aren't going on.  Such people have death inside of them that's destroying them.  Some of them may repent or- - - not their inherent Evil per se, but merely the "Mode" in which they have been acting out their evil- - - and take on another mode, like trading used cars- - - a Mode that for the moment suits their fancy, and when they grow tired of that mode they'll discard it, too.  If it ever hit that their whole lives were one continuous scam after another the thought would drive them Insane. Miami Heat Win 2012 NBA Championship

The Miami Heat have won the 2012 NBA Championship winning tonight in Miami by a score of 121 to 106.  Miami never trailed in the game and they led 59 to 49 at half time and previously were up by more than that.  The game ended at ten to nine and I watched the trophy presentations but didn’t take pictures this time.  Lebran James won the Most Valuable Player.  Pat Riley has grayer hair now.  They also interviewed Wane Wade (?) and another player.  I watched till ten after nine and switched to “Supernatural” or whatever.  Pete was outside and had Oreos but didn’t offer me any, and I didn’t ask.  He said he wanted to save them.  Earlier in the evening I watched the George Zimmerman police interview and later on NBC news saw the location reenactment where he appeared to be working from the same ‘script”.  At the police station taped the next day he was notacibly nervous and figity and kept looking around, but spoke in an almost hypnotic monotone.  The contrast between the visual and the audio was stunning.  I believe very little of what he said, even though I admit it was detailed, if you were just reading the words as text.  This was on the ABC web site.  Apparently KABC7.com nets you nothing.  I Googled it and got the Eye Witness site but they didn’t have any “applications” what so ever listed.  Prince William Philip - - turned thirty today and wishes to continue as much as possible the life of a commoner and his work in the military, ad well as continuing the tradition of the charitable work of Dianna.  I watched just about all of the game however dozed off during the third quarter before eight and didn’t rouse till eight twenty or so and went out for a cigarette.  I was afraid Larry was going to ask for a request coffee batch, and I felt half dead.  I’m going to sleep well tonight.  Last night at just under seven hours, was a lot better than the night before.  The first batch of coffee was weak with metallic water and I wondered whether I’d used a double filter.  I dumped the used contents into a new filter to be absolutely sure and added one really heaping tablespoon.  The second batch, with a cup less water, was much stronger.  I let Bill have cups out of both batches.  Also earlier in the evening I looked at CNET and the bottom slide thing wasn’t all the way over so I didn’t see the slide thing on the individual videos for a bit.  There were ten advertized and I only saw four at first.  They don’t like the new Apple Mac Books.  They appear to be over-priced and lacking things.

This is June 21^st.   ABC had truncated their usual local news.  I haven’t checked out that application site yet for Eye Witness news yet.  After three I dialed up C-Span.org.  First it was Harry Reed and other democrats discussing what to do about Grover Norquist, and some Republicans including Jeb Bush and Lindsey Graham, have already jumped ship, and Reed feels confident needed measures will get passed.  Then it was Mitt Romney on the whole economy thing.  It was an utterly empty speech made before a group of Cuban Americans in Florida.  The President will be speaking to the same group tomorrow.  Then it was the Daryl Eisa committee to find Eric Holder in contempt.  Bill Eisa of course was a guy who burned down a building for the insurance money, and with his brother, stole a car, but only his brother was tried for it.  It's often nice to know just who is is that would morally judge you.  Randy Rhodes states that no witnesses have testified against Att Gen Holder, but still the speaker made a protracted speech making everything they were about to do seem reasonable with legal jurisprudence.  Other Senators spoke up briefly.  That Black guy on the liberal side was a lot more bluster than fact. That dishwater blonde woman made the point that a legislator's job is to ask questions relating to "problem solving" and getting to the root of "what is functionally wrong" with this that thing they are investigated.  Daryl had absolutely no interest in this basic reality of the job.

Will Horton and his mother appear to be getting along better.  He is at least recognizing that people do stand by him- - and hopefully is getting over his near persecution complex.  Knowing soap operas as well as I do, something is going to blow up in Will’s face anyhow, and you can get dollars to donuts he’s the guy will indeed be put on trial for the murder.  Bob Dylan once did a song lyric, "I'd have done anything for that woman, if she only made me feel Obligated".  The trouble is that too many people are virtual slaves of people to whom they owe nothing, but think they are none the less scoring some sort of "brownie points" by submission.  The only moral claim Grover Norquist has or should have on any man, would be that if you partake in his nature, you are a partaker in his guilt.  By allowing his "sin" to enter you, you thus feel less "adequate" and feel somehow you have "no choice" but to continue along the same futile path, but you are constantly told that "looking to the logical end result of your action" is somehow a "bad" thing to even permit your mind and conscience to contemplate.

As to what I was saying about light- - my point is that you can indeed “send” a blank AM single of 50,000 watts or whatever, whose amplitude never varies in whatever kilocycle AC format it’s in but otherwise unmodulated.  But light is photons.  Light is transmitted in waves, and saying that there is some “generic light transmission” that is at no particular frequency, to me is a little silly.  I stress again that if ALL measurements of light speed are based either on optical measurements, or gravitational measurements, than not even calculus will be able to tell you where your error is.  As I learned in Computer Class at Anaheim High in the fall of 1968, “Garbage In – Garbage Out”.  BASIC has no problem with your spelling any word variable any way you damn well wish- and should someone spell the word correctly, it will be counted as NOT the variable in the program.  Armed with this knowledge- - once again if it’s broadly conceded that light waves travel at various speeds depending on the source, and receding waves are red shifted but ironically with an enhanced refraction index, and of course, as with a telescope- - fewer lumins per square inch because you have less light input of image spread out over a greater lateral surface area, meaning that were one to photograph what is seen- - - as far as the camera is concern it would in terms of lens focus, focus in FRONT of the film the same way that near sighted people focus in front of their retinas.  In other wards this is light, if you will, with an “attenuated” (“weaker” for you uninformed ones) forward momentum.

Still No Court Ruling on Health Care

testing one, two three - -  This is June 21st and there have been No Supreme Court rulings in the month of June.  This is much against trend.  The Court supposedly hears a hundred or so cases a year yet I have heard no Court rulings in literally months.  The Court has yet to pass on the whole gay marriage law in California.  The Court was going to rule on that whole Arizona immigration enforcement thing.  And the Court heard arguments in Health Care two and a half months ago, and still have not made public their decision they have no doubt already made.  This Ruling has been subject to the most delay since the release of the Let It Be album.  I think the tea party justices are afraid because they know that when a ruling comes down it will remove Uncertainty from the tea party appeal to a Romney presidency.  They are relying heavily on the Uncertainty factor- - concerning this economy, even if they have to make up facts to stoke the fears of the ignorant and uninformed.

Just a little speed of light update here.  Everyone concedes that the waves in light- - travel or are "received" at different speeds.  This is the whole doppler effect.  We know what wave energy is.  We rely on it to run all our electric appliances from coffee makers to radios to portable phones.  But they argue that the "real light" is the photons.  I guess there is an exestential problem as how can something with no mass be limited in speed at all.  There's a riddle for you.  When you pluck a guitar string, which part of the string vibrates first?  I'll give you a hint, with all Primary harmics the base- that's B A S E note occupies the Whole String.  At once.  And a secondary harmonic an active higher is when this vibration force divides in two.  Divide implies a Whole that's being "divided".  Here's one.  How does something with no "inherent' mass "travel" at all- or measurable in Speed.  Since the Wave Energy in light DOES VARY IN SPEED everyone admits this- - what about the "substance" part of light.  We know waves and oceans.  We know what water is.  What IS a photon with All Its Energy - Removed? It's like what is Water with the WET removed?  Here's something else to consider.  If you are looking BACK at an object in your rear view mirror and it's thirty degrees off meridian- - what is the actual object is only Five degrees off meridian?  My point?  If something can swing laterally 25 degrees out- - how about- say 170 degrees- - so the object looks in Front of you?  So like something you're running FROM actually appears - - and by all optical measurements IS in front of you.  But you know it's not.

I plum forgot that "Chas Bono" is a guy who used to be Chastity Bono.  That's too trippy?  Such a cute, adorable little girl.  Who raped her of her feminity?  She is to sex what Michael Jackson is to Race?  She's kind of an unnatural plastic surgery mutelation- - - which come to think of it is not too far removed from Romney's political positions today!

Jerry Sandusky, much against promises, will not be testifying in his own defense in his sexual molestation trial.  The defense tends to put on a very brief presentation- - and they are almost done and the case could go to the jury as early as tomorrow.  If the jurors have any sense this case won’t take long to bring in a finding of guilty on all counts.  I guess as in the case of O J,  one of the most compelling elements favoring guilt is that the defendant will not testify and face his accusers in open court.  I as a jury would feel more obligated to my gut rather than any judge’s instructions not to draw any “adverse inferences” particularly when we have already “heard him try and pitch his case” to the press.  Eric Holder has been brought on charges for Contempt of Congress for his “withholding of evidence” because Obama slapped on the hold for classified documents exercising Executive Privelege.  The case is called “Fast and Furious” about an attempt to intervene in the Mexican drug and arms cartel wars early on in his administration.  All of the Bush people involved in this have already been exhonorated.  This is sheer tabloid politics by the republican party at this point, voting strictly along party lines.  In another area- - the concentus is building that the Supreme Court will give a thumbs up on the entire Obama Care health bill.  If they should go the other way, California will suffer because it is relying on federal aid to it’s low income people on medical insurance already.  California has already adjusted its own laws to conform to the Obama statutes.  Meanwhile the food stamp program will be cut back, making it harder for poor mothers with small kids, and also old people who are continually mal nourished.  I get vitamins myself.  One of the sickest statements is the one Rush Limbaugh makes that “President Obama is bragging that he’s the Food Stamp president.  Nobody would wish these dire economic times on anybody.  Rush Limbaugh is worse than Scrooge.  I think his sheer contempt for the poor exceeds that of Ebonezer.  Some famous landmark building in San Francisco had burned down, that has apparently been shown in a lot of Clint Eastwood movies and other movies.  David Cruise could not stay on any one topic more than a few minutes, if that today.  Now authorities want increased latitude to feel out the genitals of teenagers with drugs, because “the teenagers know we won’t search there”.  It is also pointed out that compared to Israel, who is expert on such things, the airline authorities here get little more than minimum wages and have an appalling lack of training.

Lexi’s passing on the first day of summer has to be significant somehow.  That leaves Elvis Di Mira with the loss of his two best friends and emotional support system, so he must be feeling very much alone- - and leaning on Will would be the tail wagging the dog.  Still I’m sure he, in Stevie Wonder terms, has to feel a little good “he has someone that needs him”.   Will went through with this whole gay guy at “The Spot”, a gay bar, he had one of his little gay rendezvous with.  The idea that Will would NOT mention this before is quite plausible and nobody would suspect this “witness” was bought and paid for.   (Previously on "24")  We had apples for desert.  I got another half sandwich.  I listened to Randy Rhodes and spent time on the west bench and Delores was talking with James Fisher about Manfred having had surgery for a double hop replacement and so would be gone for a long time.  We already know that.  But I guess when he returns he’ll be better than new, at least hopefully.  He is at Harbor village “near Ball and Harbor”.  Will Horton is still showing “attitude” against Elvis Di Mira.  Meanwhile Melanie has been abducted by some stalker and Gabriel seemed to not want Chad to check behind the alley where he heard a noise, and when Melanie sent that strange E mail, or so they believed, on her cell phone. Gabriel didn't seem as all troubled of the strange and sudden message about “going to Europe”, which is about as convincing as Don Burnmn’s “Philadelphia Story”.  If she is behind ANY of this she’ll have to account for it on judgment day.  Meanwhile Samantha is still being petty where Carrie is concerned and must have felt as though Justin Kiriacus had betrayed her with his choice.

The whole blackberry connection harkens back to the “picking blackberries” scene in a Steven King compilation “The Monkey” I bought in May of 1986.  I learned then that this whole “blackberry thing” was associated with the “Houston group”.  Of course- - the Houston Group is also connected with the planet Real (Rayall) and they are on close terms with the Federation but I’m not certain they are actually part of it.  As you know The Who is also associated with this group.  I’m told June nineteenth is a holiday with the Houston group.  This could be called the “classic soul and aerospace” group, odd-bedfellows.  They are genetically related to Wolfman Jack and the Del Rio group- - - and also Boeing Aircraft and more obliquely, the “Lucacites” of Fresno.  They dropped hints that Darth Vader kid may in fact be a Lucacite, and that the Lucacites are for Miami, unlike me.  The Lucacites are cozy with the Federation.  Burt Lombard maybe a week ago came out with the statement that “Maybe all of the Zachery mythology was not a waste of time.  If God wishes that Zachery appear in the guise of a fifty year old skinny woman whose been around the block more than a few times, who are we to say what is and what is not in store?”  Well, THAT’S keeping up a stiff upper lip.  The Federation has about come out and said that Mubarek will be joining us at the Federation.  If so this is one of the biggest “bags” of a soul since Johnny Roselli, who has proved lucrative for the Federation.

Finally I have a new theory on the “mystery of the constancy of light travel speed”.  As you know the mystery needs explaining – that’s “splaining” for the Marco Rubio set- - three people who see light at the same instant the same distance from the light- - the one moving forward, the one moving away, and the one stationary, will all measure light at the same speed.  Einsteins solution is that the guy “moving away” just uses “bigger feet” and therefore - -  for him light “chasses him”.  The guy approaching uses “smaller feet” and therefore this shrunken foot compensates for light’s slower speed.  If you believe Einstein- - the light itself actually travels at Different Speeds  to reach all three observers at the same time.  To me this is a completely unreasonable explanation.  I’d like to propose a compromise I call “Real Displacement”.  IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHERE "STATIONARY" IS.  For instance - - suppose you assumed Your location was NOT moving.  Your "base line" for zero mph would be altered.  So - - if an object sends an image from a certain distance - - subsequently- - ie after "sending" MOVES AWAY FURTHER - - that is immaterial to You, the Observer.  This removes the whole problem of somehow light having to "catch up" to 186,000 mi per second.  Capish?  The optical image for the guy going away- - is actually Closer- - - both optically and gravitationally- - and it’s further away for the guy approaching.  Both see what WAS when the image was SENT and not where the sending object actually became located, after the image Arrived.   Light behaves as though it had actually COME from Where You See The Image.  All of the laws of refraction are played out accordingly.  Gravitationally - - - gravity waves travel the same speed of light waves, so you see the same distorted properties.  The bottom line is- - if you use either optics or calculus computations to gauge the distance away-  - - all your measurements will be off.  Einstein will concede that the WAVES in fact DO travel more slowly, but we arguing about the photons themselves here.  The trouble here is that - - Einstein by his own concession will admit that you have three different “tape measures” here.  Therefore- - all Three will come up with altered propagation distances by HIS OWN theory- - hence distance measurements- - in his own words, can’t be trusted.  Since distance can’t be trusted it follows that derived speeds can’t be trusted.

Randy Rhodes Confronts Tea Party Caller

Randy Rhodes did make some excellent debaters points on her show today that are worth noting.  She was rebutting a caller for retreating into the usual “talking points” that we know are nothing but pre-fab lies.  For instance the idea of “taking over one sixth of the economy”.  This is a holdover line from “Hillary Care” that Rush talked about in 1994.  I don’t even know if you can say that about a plan that the Heritage Foundation and Mitt Romney both endorsed.  It’s merely an insurance exchange.  It’s private companies basically free to charge whatever rates suit then, and for people like me who don’t tend tword hypochondria, we’ll be penalized by it.  I resent the idea that until October of 1997 I was some kind of a criminal or “acting irresponsibly” for NOT being signed up with any medical plan.  I was living by the grace of God I guess, but that philosophy served me well for a long time.  Personally I think the whole “buy a motorcycle and get into a wreck instead of buying medical insurance’ is kind of an old chessnut, and almost as trite as some of the trite horror stories the Tea Party or Judy relates.  But none the less it’s still just an “exchange”.  It is by not the farthest imagination a “government takeover of one sixth of the economy”.  Another chestnut is the one about “Obama keeps raising taxes and increasing regulations on small business”.  I’ve heard the President say personally that his administration has passed fewer regulations on commerce than were passed at an equivalent point in the Bush Administration.  Also you will remember that Oren Hatch was the one who co authored the Dream Act, and then voted against his own bill under pressure from the Tea Party bosses, which pull all the political strings now.  In fact the days of congressmen “dialing for dollars” may be a thing of the past.  Now all you need as a “mentor” who may be sleazier than E J Di Mira.  You’ll depend upon him more, but you should trust him less.  Some “mentor” of the Tea Party who promises to take some “rubber stamp” “blank slate” and write all the bills he wants you to submit and get passed.  You just give him your Soul, and he’ll take care of the rest- - the money, the political deliberating, dealing with the public with political slash and burn adds on all of your political foes, just name it.  I can’t imagine Paul being for this stuff, and I’m not referring to Paul Evans.  I’m more conservative than He is because at least I don’t let a woman make all my major decisions for me.  That’s the problem I had with Ronald Reagan.  Ronald Reagan makes Bill Clinton look like “the spirit of ‘76” in comparison.  Randy reminds us that a true Conservative justice like Scelia says he is- - would vote to uphold the mandentory insurance requirement.  Again I believe our side wins no matter WHICH way the court decides.  I can’t help but believe the head haunchos in those Black Robes Know this- - and are putting off their Decision for as long as possible.  Some say that “Scelia is more of a politician than he is a real jurist.  Because he cases his decisions pretty much on the politics of the ruling, rather than legal jurisprudence.  Perhaps someone should make this an issue in the upcoming campaign.  As to the matter of coal consumption, as you know we have NOT had “cap and trade”.  Another area where I have a “difference of opinion” with the usual illuminati of liberal talk radio.  I believe there are issues however on which intelligent men can disagree and still respect one another, not to mention be in agreement on a whole lot of other issues.  But in point of fact Obama has always been for the Canadian oil line, which once again I personally would be overtly against.  Obama is FOR it and he was only dealing with strictly legal states rights issues concerning Nebraska, where they negotiated with the State Department, so I’m told, because it’s a foreign country.  When all is said and done fracking for natural gas is up, and also coal processing is up.  I am still uncertain about coal.  I’m inadvertaintly opposed to shale mining because it will turn vast segments of our land into a moonscape like Canada did, and I don’t want that for America.  I’m not even convinced that Shale will even pan out energy efficiency wise.  We know the whole ethanol thing turned out to be a scam, or “gross miscalculation”.  At least we should have a candidate for President who is willing to admit that perhaps he may make a mistake in the future.  I’d go “I’m saying it now before it happened.  But I promise you this.  The minute I recognize my error, I will to everything within my power to correct the problem with all deliberate speed.  Coal processing is up 20%  So the repeated lie about “domestic energy production being down” or “America doesn’t produce anything any more’ is just talking America down.  I won’t have it.

And now a Beatle Break question.  Who was the most “social” Beatle and who was the least social Beatle, and who were the two Beatles in the middle?  Ringo was the most social Beatle.  He played on all the other three Beatle’s albums at one time or another, and the other three participated in some manner on Ringo’s albums.  The two in the middle are John and George and they are ditto as far as reciprocal participation on Ringo’s albums and he participating on theirs.  This makes Paul the least social Beatle.  He had no collaborations with either George or John as far as I know, only Ringo.  As for John and George their interactions were less involved than the Ringo ones.  George played lead guitar on a few songs on the “Imagine’ album including “How Do You Sleep” and “Gimme Some Truth”.  John didn’t do a lot for George.  He was invited to the Bangle Desh concert but refused to attend, much against Yoco’s advice.  He did supply the line of “A Mind - - can blow those clouds away” and also the song “It’s Johnny’s Birthday” on All Things Must Pass, was a tribute to John, we’re told.

means that bad karma is slipping in and you are a less “potent” factor in the psychic world.  That’s because your hyperbola is shrinking.  And Viagra won’t cure this one.  A shrinking hyperbola is something you might not notice in the psychic world at first but then you find out that in time, as if ironically, you suddenly turn into a 1 A sperm cell and you find that YOU are the one who’s just been Drafter, or Conscripted into Service, Devo style.  You have “sunk” or “karmicly slowed down” into a new physical life.  When you are in utero you may still be an Elipse (so to speak) but you will soon evolve into a garden variety circle.  Some people are lucky in that they never lose their Eccentricity.  Check the etimology of that word.  Being Eccentric means you haven’t entirely lost that Psychic link with The Other Side.  Your AXIS is off plane.  Actually the term Eccentricity can refer both to the Plane or Orbit, and also the nature of the Orbital Path itself as ALSO geometricly eccentric or elliptical.  Capish?  So in ANSWER to the question - - what the hyperbola represents is the - - - what’s this now - - the vertical Karmic slice or “section cut’ for you Sketch people- - - see with the Karmic plane.  When viewed in 3 D it’s a karmic funnel but viewed from a straight Horizontal position it would be a - - hyperbola.  So here the Hyperbola represents YOUR SIN, just as the Circle represented GOD’S Sin.  Yes, under standard “Einstinian Theology” (not that Einstein ever endorsed it) the Theological answer to the shape of the Universe is that it’s a Circle because “God ran out of time before he was through” so it could be said that “God failed to jump off the pier and land in Catalina” to throw Chuck Smith’s analogy back in his face.  God’s commission was to reach to Infinity.  If you believe God Failed to reach Infinity- - in the Creation- - then ipso facto “God fell short”.  Now hand onto your saddle horn for this last revelation.  You may have heard that electric circuits ran in circles.  Actually they don’t.  Computer logic isn’t circular and it’s deadly if it is.  Electricity doesn’t run in a circle but from pole to pole.  Think about it.  It starts with a power source negative and runs to a power source positive- - and then gets re-charged or like reconditioning the Ice during half time or whatever.  So electricity could be said to be a giant Arc.  Often electric wires are in danger of said “arcing”.  Lightning runs from a negative to a positive.  Electrons start from a negative and natural forces attract them to a positive.  They don’t just travel around in circles aimlessly.  Now consider a guitar or a piano string.  It vibrates but the waves need an anchor or “note” to resonate FROM - - from Point A to Point B.  In that case there are natural resonance frequencies.  With electricity- - this part doesn’t apply.  You can do a wide variety of frequencies and they can be mono or poly phase.  That was a bonus.  But the idea is that I have never heard of a circular guitar string vibrating by itself with no pole or NODE to ocelate FROM.  So it is in the psychic realm.  My point is that you need Something to CUT OFF a portion of psychic space to as it were “limit it” to give it an arc, like a hyperbolic ARC to ocelate FROM and TO.  Once this is Lost, than you have DEVOLVED back into your garden variety CIRCLE.  (But first you are an Elipse)  Is this taking shape in your mind?  So this hyperbola is the NECESSARY SIN factor that Enables the whole Psychic Realm to Work.  Happy Texas Slave Freedom Day.
THE GREEN GRID KARMICLY   You have long wondered why they call it a "Karmic Plane" rather than, for instance a Karmic sphere or something.  We spoke previously about "Theaters of Engagement".  If someone is not in your "Theater of Engagement" then then they are not a part of your World as you Know it.  In Natural (Convex) space the Green Golf Course Grid is a good graphic metaphor to explain the fact that photons are (I believe uniquely) able to gain mass when subjected to a gravitational field induced either by mass proximity or acceleration.  Therefor light will bend- as a trajectory of a golf course ball is curved by gravity- said gravity being induced either by mass proximity or else acceleration internal stress.  Normally, as with the Karmic funnel- - these natural gravity wells only go down, and never up.  There are no "gravity mounds" to speak of.  And at all cost all reference in space is made in reference to being "On the Grid" neither above it nor beneathe it.  This is how it is with the Karmic Plane, too.  Good karma or Right Thinking so to speak- - is measured in force- - - I guess that would be dynes in physics.  Since this is a function of both mass and speed- - bigger karmic units generate more dynes than one unit doing the same thing.  We in the past have spoken of "time sharing' and also "space sharing", that is - karmic space, we have explained previously.  Now if there is an "enemy plane" in proximity- - - generating your own "karmic space" is kind of like creating something out of nothing- - like an Initial Public Stock Offering.  (not a bad analogy)  You could be said to be "buying space" with your good karma.  Teams can thus act corporately to generate a common karmic mass - - hence common dyne force.  Using the Sumo analogy one may "push the other off the board" or the Marcus Blackwell chess analogy one can "control more of the board" as a football or basketball coach might employ.  The whole "strings" thing we talked about previously with feng chue and all- - - goes on all the time in this physical world.  This is not your EGO "resonating" or ocelating between two poles, but rather- - relational "strings" ocelating between you and an object or you and another person.  And these inter-personal ocelations occur all the time here in the physical side or in convex space.  Your EGO is not involved- - but either the String between either Ego and Object or Ego and Ego- - - or perhaps even between Object and Object.  Anyone whose messed with TV rabbit ears probably knows about phase interaction better than anybody.  You will note the more similar the wave the more danger of "cancelation".  So it would follow sometimes the worst rivalries are between sets of Twins.  I would close on this note.  It's kind of a scientific deduction that any "plane" will eventually interract with- - almost any other plane- - if you extend it out far enough.

Playing the "What If - - - " Game

Since the Supreme Court is not forthcoming with any ruling on either the Arizona governor immigration thing or Obama Care, I’m going to do the what if- - - game with you people right now.  If Obama Care- - all of it is upheld by the Supreme court- - it will help the President lending legitimacy to the entire program.  Also it will put the lie to these so called “Defending the honor of the Supreme Court” statements made by Republicans two months ago.  They’ll have to eat their words.  But if the Court rules against the President and strikes down all or parts of the law, this too will help the President.  It’s a win – win situation for the President and a lose – lose situation for Mitt Romney.  Because if the ruling goes against the President all the President has to say is “Well the court has spoken and that settles the matter” taking it off the table as a campaign issue, much as other issues such as Bin Laden, gas prices, and birth certificates are now off the table.  This doesn’t give them much left.  Some would even say the whole gay marriage issue is semi off the table, since Romney has trodden softly on this issue since it came up.  But keep in mind no poll numbers have EVER shown the President to be statistically ahead of Romney- so the president is far from off the hook.

Randy Rhodes was discussing more of Mittens Romney on her show today, and since he is the man the Republicans have committed themselves to it wouldn’t hurt to take a look at issues for and against Romney as a candidate.  Romney really has no issues directly in his favor except the promise of being a “Not Obama” which is oh so vague.  But so far the people are going for it.  This is why another Democratic standard bearer would be a good idea, any time.  Weighing against Mitt Romney is the ever present specter of his Mormonism.  The United States has neither run a Mormon for nominee nor ever elected one as President.  You have this sense of personal shallowness and plasticity of the Romney personality.  As for Romney running now for the loftiest motives of serving his country, Newt pretty well summer up things here.  Romney was specific in his 1994 contest against Ted Kennedy and lost out for Senator.  Then Romney dropped out psychological from being governor of Massachusetts because he had his eyes on the presidency as early as 2005.  Then in a head to head contest with John Mc Cain in 2008 Romney lost again.  So Mitt Romney has done nothing but run for higher office for years.  That is, all the times he wasn’t working for Bain Capital devising ways to pilfer money from innocent people.  Now we learn that Romney took a deduction on some Drasage horse that he “lost money on” but then the same horse is now a contender in the London Olympics.  So- - should Romney pay that money back?  Mitt Romney was asked on Face the Nation just what deductions that he would disallow?  Home mortgages, for instance?  Romney refused to mention ANY deductions he would specifically disallow.  He hadn’t a clue how MUCH revenue these loophole closings would raise but according to Mittens this mythical plan of his would cut tax rates but increase net revenues and help close the deficit.  Romney was asked flat out by Bob Sheefer whether he would do away with Obama’s “stop gap measure” on racial immigration.  The least Romney could do at this point is to Thank the President for bringing the whole matter to everyone’s attention because the topic had been buried.  But instead Romney didn't admit to what he was already on record as saying, which is that "If I were President I would Veto the Dream Act".  That's about as clear as you can get.  Marco Rubio said that he would not support the Dream act either.  What he and Romney have in mind is an entirely different and we presume more adverse legislation to children of illegal aliens.  People should know whether they are voting for a liar.  Romney lied when he said “The President did nothing with a democratic congress in two years”.  And yet the measure got only the vote of 55 senators in that body, which was not enough to overcome the sixty vote filibuster rule.  Romney knows better.  I missed the interview myself.  Romney was famous for Never appearing on any of these Sunday morning news shows, so I’m surprised he relented for Face the Nation.

Governor Rick Scott of Florida is another charming fellow we’ve discussed.  He is one of the governors working actively to purge the voter rolls of anyone who might vote Democratic.  And you grammarians note the correct form is no –LY on the end.  Soctt was apparently fined one Billion for health care insurance irregularities.  Apparently the problem went on for some ten years on his watch- but now Governor Scott is trying to pawn off the blame on others. I knew he was a sleaze bag when he was elected and nobody believed he’d make it in.  His confidence vote is now 31% and falling, even in a redneck state like Florida seems to be.  Jeb Bush, the former governor has been making some “heretical” statements vis a vis the tea party.  He said “My father could not have gotten voted in as a Republican candidate, and Ronald Reagan couldn’t even get voted in as a standard bearer”.  Reagan openly advocated things like closing corporate loopholes, and amnesty for illegal’s, and of raising the debt ceiling when needed and hiking taxes to meet the fiscal need.  You know all this but new readers might not.

Rodney King was found dead at the bottom of his swimming pool yesterday morning at six AM in his home in Realto.  King was 47 and he was found by his fiancée.  So far they have not done an autopsy only that they don’t suspect either fowl play or else foreign substances in the body.  Nobody wants to relive all the stormy history surrounding Rodney King.  Former Police Chief Bernard Parks said today that, "The LAPD is a completely different organization now than it was twenty years ago", which was under the regime of Tom Bradley and Daryl Gates.  Lindsey after ploughing into the back of a semi truck with her car had an additional health crisis on top of that and now she is preparing to play the part of Elizabeth Taylor in an upcoming movie.  Now they say that gastric bypass surgery greatly increases your chances of becoming an alcoholic.  Marco Rubio has been using the word "We" an awful lot lately in perhaps a hint Romney has already fingered him for Vice President.  The results of the European elections are in and the Conservative government won in Greece and so Greece will be staying in the EEC and sticking with the Euro currency.  This should stabilize the financial markets.  Obama was at that economics conference in Mexico when he heard about the news.  It seems that the President and Vladimir Putin were shooting icy stares at each other.  The President couldn't warm up to the idea that Russia was  furthering the slaughtering of Syrian unarmed civilians.  They just announced today that Egypt picked a Moslem Brotherhood guy, and they are proud of that.

It's all I can to do preserve the relation with one of my brothers and his even more polarizing wife.  She has all of His bad traits- - multiplied, which to me would make for the relationship from Hell.  Different Strokes, I guess.  Sometimes relationships longstanding, suddenly crash and burn, like a pilot losing control of a small plane after a long stunt flyer carrier.  I thought that was happening with Victor and Maggie on the soap opera today, but it turns out Maggie's spine is made of jello, anyhow.  But in the case of me and Linda Hammer, that thirteen plus year relationship crashed and burned in mid February of 1991 via a telephone conversation that went very badly, and the relationship has never recovered from.  It was Over.  I think my relationship with long time friend Bill Gunderson crashed and burned just about as quickly in a phone conversation last Saturday afternoon when I asked to borrow a small ammount of money.  There had been stresses in our previous encounter on May 12th of this year, but last Saturday's conversation was the real test.  The things he said to me I found highly hurtful and insulted by. I got the distinct impression they were lines "fed to him" to somebody else.  That they would be uttered after a 35 year relationship astounds me.  But you just never know.  I guess the last conversation John Lennon and Paul Mc Cartney had was the one in September of 1979 when John Lennon said that Paul "must be Daft" because he proposed desguizing themselves and performing as a small club band as Randy and the Rockets.  Clearly there was a lot of radioactive fall-out for years in their song lyrics.  I don't think the relation ever recovered, as long as John remained alive.
