This Five Year Economic Recovery Is Bogus

We’ll get this entry written one way or another.  Right now the Eagles are wat out ahead over the Redskins. – and just now in fact they switched games because the game wasn’t competitive.  I may be interrupted by Dr Levy’s call to come to class at any time.   Waiting for some things is about as exciting as watching paint dry.  However if you are out there and “waiting for the paint to dry on this economy”, you’re still waiting and if you so much as touch the wall you’ll still get wet paint on your fingers.  This economic recovery is completely bogus, just as President Obama in general is turning out to be completely bogus.  I don’t know about you but I’m a little tired of continually being sucked back into his mind rationalization games.  There were certain things people who voted for him in 2008, a period that’s such a long time span in the political timeline it would take a paleontologist to measure.  We hoped he would go after the George Bush crime family.  We hoped we’d get some sort of major government funding of energy research - - and to a tiny degree we have.  We certainly thought the right wing was dead and wouldn’t be a problem.  But most of all we wanted the new President to get a good economic recovery going and to restore Glass-Seigell and other wall street regulations that were undone, and to prosecute the banksters that violated the laws with such impugnity.  None of this has been accomplished.  There are only two things which this President has stood firm on and that’s partial birth abortions and gay marriages, neither of which I approve of.  At nine o clock I tuned into KPFK,  and this economist guy was talking about the recovery.  According to him the average per capita income of every America was $45.00 a week.   This was at the beginning of Obama’s Presidency and the base figure he was expected to improve on.  A year later the income had dropped three dollars to $42.00 a week and in 2011 it dropped three more to 39 a week and in 2012 the figure dropped three more to $36.00 where it has remained.  I certainly had more money to spend even two years ago than I have now.  My own spending income has continued to drop.  California’s state budget was continually cut year after year and the only question was, “What new cuts will be made this year”.  When are we SSI people going to get back that money that was taken out of our allotments by California two years ago?   Newt Gingrich reminded us that there has been a continued loss of jobs all through this recovery.  Virtually every month in the past year or more, and I’ve been careful to keep track, the number of people leaving the work force has exceeded the number of so called “new jobs”.  In other words the net “new jobs” figure has and continues to be a negative number.  The speaker went on to say that it isn’t the worker who has suddenly gotten “lazy” or “unproductive” as the tea party would have you believe, but that in our Capitalist system we exist on the irrationalism that when a slow-down happens that millions of workers have to be fired and thrown into the street.  If we only has some sort of a cooperative or “worker allocation system” where you teamed up excess workers with unused resources- - this would make more sense.  But of course this congress has turned up its nose at any and all jobs programs, and the meme is believed that “Government jobs aren’t real jobs”, when nothing could be further from the truth.  But this continued worstening of the recession of 2008 is news that isn’t making it on the National Network News.  I wonder why.

This is Sunday November 17, 2013 as we enter this Sunday the week fifty years ago when President Kennedy was assassinated.  At least I know how to properly spell the word now without it being red lined, like an insurance map against Blacks.  This morning I got up at five thirty and that KFI guy was discussing the Kennedy assassination conspiracy.  Now I wish I had gotten up earlier.  It’s hard to believe all of the details, anicdotes and coincidences. But in point of fact, the Warren Comission would have you believe "The fewer actual facts and details I know, the better off I am".  Of course it’s known that Richard Nixon was in Dallas that day.  One guy interviewed Nixon in 1985 and twice he was asked about Kennedy and Nixon would not respond.  The third time he was asked “Who killed Kennedy” and Nixon said “Texas”.  But then one time when Nixon was drunk, who has a low tolerance for booze, and he becomes talkative when drunk, and Nixon was going on about “Both Johnson and me wanted to become President, but I wasn’t willing to kill to get the job”.   Two dots I never connected before - - - was the pardoning of Nixon by Jerald Ford.  Because Nixon would have hung Ford out to dry he Ford didn’t play nice, because Nixon had the goods on Ford and the whole phony Warren Comission report and the altering of evidence.  Actually the evidence as stated fits much more nicely into the grassy knoll theory than the “magic bullet theory”.   Apparently the secret service people were in on the plot.  I had heard that the motor-cade rout in Dallas was changed at the last minute- - and the buildings hadn’t been checked out, and there was an unusual 120 degree corner they wanted to avoid.  Also normally there are six cops on motorcycles- - or six agents or something- - and there were only two.   I’m not buying the bit about Lyndon Johnson’s involvement.  I’ve heard the phone calls between Lyndon and Jackie, and also phone calls to the effect that Johnson didn’t want Nixon to be president and at one point accuses the Nixon campaign of treason.  (I’ve covered this previously)   Johnson has a deep and abiding relationship with Martin Luther King and wanting to pass the Civil Rights Bill was a fundamental part of Johnson’s make-up.   The KFI host made reference to Bill O Riley’s book “Killing Kennedy” but O Riley is too obsessed with the President’s sex life.  The program ended at six and I went looking for a cigarette.  I went out to the west patio and saw Paul Evans coming in and I struck it lucky today.  Paul had one for me.  I went out in the morning twilight.
People from the Federation greeted me and the word is that Johnny Roselli has stated that Lyndon Johnson was not involved at all in the assassination it was basically a Mafia hit.  (The Dardanian translation of the word Basically is a little questionable.  Some argue the mystery word is "strictly".)  As you know, our side has Johnny Roselli.  I didn’t know he was in a mood to talk.  Most of what Johnny Roselli has told the Federation has been confirmed by subsequent news developments.   The other non related news I received was that there was a contest between the guardian angels of “Yes” and “Supertramp” in the seventies.  And the “Yes” overseers were people were bragging that teaming up with the Cassiopian “Phi Collins group” was a smart move in 1981 or whatever to make that 90210 album or whatever it’s called.  After this I went in and stood in line for medication from Ricardo.

One thing.  I had two dreams last night.  One was a Steve Carone type dream where I dreamed that FBI agents had been tailing me- - and were going to seal off this room off as a "crime scene' or something- - and examine everything including the entire contents of my computer for suspicious writings and suspected other involvements.   The second dream I had was that ex neighbor Ken (from the apartment) and me were legally declared “grandfathers” of Zachery, of the ZAC.  And Ken and I got to meet with Zachery who was twelve or thirteen at the time- - which would have made me about 38 or something.   Young for a grandfather.  The whole Time bit is rather convoluted in this dream.  I’ll admit that.  Ken didn’t move in till the first of September 1988 so it would have been after that.  But the ZAC was a real ecological group- - and I was submitting stuff I hoped they would publish.  Zachery had certain mystical powers and was a member of the Sequoia Indian tribe.  For those photographically impared who have no idea who Zachery looks like- - the kid on that Italian food commercial - - has a strong resemblence to Zachery at that age.

We had oatmeal for breakfast and after a protracted wait we got a piece and a half of French toast and bacon, and Teresa gave me her bacon.  Then it was Meet the Press where the shortcomings of the Obama administration’s promises were in the news.  Then after nine thirty I turned it on Breakfast with the Beatles and they were finally doing “Beatles at the BBC Volume Two” in a big way.  Lets just say I listened extensively and have formed certain impressions.  John’s vocals in those early songs is not nearly as good as BBC volume one.  In generally the sound quality to BBC II is inferior to BBC I.  I too would have flagged “Young Blood” as a volume one song, the exact recording.  Certain tracks there alternate tracks of on BBC II, and there is an awful lot of fan club mail requests.  George playing is actually some of the best I’ve heard and actually better than BBC I.   And in songs done again - - Ringo’s drumming is shall we say “busier” than in the other recordings.  They had “Talking About You, Babe” song done in Hamburg.   They also finally put out “Happy Birthday To You”.  Their fairwell track was “Twist and Shout” and that’s one of the few tracks where John Lennon really does a superior bang-up vocal performance.  In general like I say - - John's singing is one thing - - along with Ringo's drumming - - that stands out about BBC Vol 1.

And now a typical husband and wife conversation:  SPOUCE - - Honey what are we going to do about that paint in the garage.  I want to organize that space.  SPOUCE:  (puzzled)  Well - - uh, it's like we agreed- - we kept that paint so that when portions of the house needed painting again we didn't have to go out and buy new paint and match it because we'd already had it.  SPOUCE - - Yeah - - but President Obama says we need to jump through all his hoops if we're going to be good Americans.  SPOUCE - - "Well, I don't see why if we paid for something, we don't have the right to continue to keep it.  SPOUCE  "Well honey, that's really out of the box thinking.  You're smarter than I thought you were!
