Time to Put the Tea Party in its Place

Apparently there have been so many gay marriage victories in the courts, it seems that the gay lobby has not lost a single court case.  They’ve won all of them, even in this ultra tea party politics environment.  It only goes to show how our culture has changed.  Now the number of states that hasn’t either legalized gay marriage, or had a court ruling in favor of the “marital equal rights” the number of remaining states has shrunk down into the teens.   Of course they don’t put actual news on the news any more, and I was out sitting and talking and smoking on the back benches during most of Eye Witness news because it’s so useless.  They never mentioned the great victory by Labor by the NLRB hearing- - meaning that Mac Donald’s is in heap big trouble, to use a little political incorrect native American lingo.

I find it hysterical and more than pathetic, that the Republicans are denying they want to impeach President Obama.   They are saying President Obama WANTED to be impeached the same way the President WANTED the government shut-down crisis of last fall which ended up costing the government 24 Billion dollars.  Of course that democratic respondent to the “Law Suit” hearings pointed out the sheer hypocracy of suing the president because he won’t enforce a law they’ve tried to repeal 52 times.   The Magna Carta said that we were entitled to a jury of our piers, which is why this case would fall flat on its face in any actual Jury trial, and why corporations don’t want to go to court to defend themselves in any legal suit because in a Jury of the average American people, we would take them for everything they’ve got.  The tea party according to Thom Hartman did decades of planning prior to 2010 when they took over America.  It dates back to that Louis Powell memo of 1972 and it went through to Jud Juanisky, and people like Paul Warwick and Grover Norquest and his signer’s pledge, and Sheldon Addelson.  I wonder if Sean Hannity’s almost pro Palestinian genocide stance, isn’t part of some pay-off by Sheldon Addelson.  You know it struck me that Samantha Brady would make an excellent Born Again Christian because she’s the ultimate moral hypocrite.  I would give Samantha Brady of Days of our Lives the lifetime achievement in moral hypocracy for the past 21 odd years on the show.  When you hear about the planning that the tea party did in “planning their assault’ on our way of life- - it compares to how much sheer caniving and planning it took Sammy to pull off her little scheme in soap land.   Kate deliberately gave information illegally to an economic rival causing Victor Kiriacus to fire her and then Stephano trusted her enough to give her his proxy vote.  And then Kate and Sammy staged that elaborate “act” in public where they pretended to be angry with each other.  It’s like the “act” the tea party is putting on right now in congress.

Now Norman Goldman is saying that Mac Donald’s is guilty of some 41 unfair labor practices.  It’s a ruling by the NLRN and Mac Donald’s, because of their peculiar franchise structure and their centralized computer system keeping tabs to see employees get both low salaries and that there is a high employee turnover to keep them low- - the NLRB is bringing Mc Donald’s up on charges.  Today is a major victory for the labor movement.   This is after dinner and we had baked chicken with yams and corn.  Dora finally made it around from behind the wall with seconds on chicken.  We had red Jell-O for desert.  Before and after dinner I was watching this “Should we sue the President” debate in the house.  I listened to two republicans and two democrats, just to make it fair.  Judy sent me a thing saying to impeach the President for promissory statements relating to Obama Care.  The Republicans are suing the President for delaying certain implementations of that same Affordable Care Act.  Go figure.

This is Thursday morning and I got up early and was on the back benches talking to Nancy Bell and looked up in the sky and saw Venus brightly shining in the sky.   As you may or not know- - the tracks below are an attempted recreation of a compilation we did way back around Mothers day of 1992 but my parents threw out stuff from 1992 years ago when I stored it at their house.  The Star Drek one involves being reminded continually that you are a hundred million miles off course and it’s getting worse.  With “Snotty” and “Schlock”.   “They Use Their Wealth” is one of the most poinient songs- originally about the Kennedy family, but today it could just as easily have applications against the right wing.  Just about all of these songs except for “Beatles” was in fact out on or before 1992.   Actually, Rush used to play good songs.

** now that Hillary bashing is back in style, let’s get in the spirit of it

We added back "Rock and Roll Doctor", which is among the songs not included from the original album.  This album was released today July 31st on Sirius A, beating out Federation plans on the home planet to re-release the original 1992 album on the anniversary of the release of the "20 years of Dr Demento" album in September.  To me it looked like side two had more short songs and needed one more.  So is Stephanie going to hold a raffle or something and the winner gets to date Jackie?  OK we're also adding back "Penis Envy" so now this album is the original 36 song length of the original album.
