What Sort of Man is Mitt Romney?

JUST REMEMBER - WHEN
YOU VOTE NEXT MOVEMBER
         THAT GENERAL MOTORS IS
STILL ALIVE AND
OSAMA BIN LADEN
 IS STILL DEAD

So what sort of a man is Mitt Romney really?  You know he’s going to be a sitting duck because as Robert Gibbs said yesterday he’s great at making money for Bane capital, but only at the expense of bankrupting five long-standing corporations and showing no discomfort at all about sending so many workers to the unemployment line.  Also you must be reminded that Massachusetts was 47th in job creation while Romney was governor there.  But his opponents will be able to attack him for “If you think Romney’s money doesn’t bother you remember you Newt and Ricky supporters how Romney buried your respective candidates with tons of opposition money when you know in your heart under any other circumstances your candidate would have won”.  Also it can’t help Romney that to bolster his “We love women” stance now people point to Romney’s record in Massachusetts.  Nobody is going to really believe that the reason why Black poverty is the worst now ever is because Mitt Romney is NOT President.  And to say the problem is because of Lyndon John’s passing of the Great Society- - like Paul Ryan claimed, I just might say that if Lyndon Johnson were still president and congress continued to pass legislation at the rate it was being passed them- - just imagine what a eutopian society we would have become by now.  It boggles the mind!  But let’s just do a reality check on this asshole this one Republican guy made on Meet the Press.  To review George Bush used to make fun of himself about “Searching for those weapons of mass destruction” like the Iraq war was all a big joke and something to make light of.  But nobody’s asked all those troops who died.  Then you have George Bush’s flippant Bin Laden remark about ‘I don’t know where he is - - - I don’t care”.  To contrast this flippancy candidate Obama said that if he got elected president that he would do everything he could to make sure Bin Laden were killed or captured.  He indicated a willingness to undergo a great risk to capture him.  So it’s only fair to point out that Mitt Romney weighted in with a - - different opinion in 2008.  Romney said that one man, not even Bin Laden was worth it.  So he’s expressed his thoughts- - and Joe Byden pointed them out in his speech last week.  But this Republican asshole on Meet the Press calls it “Divisive” for democrats to point this out.  Just as the tea party regards the Buffet Bill as “Divisive”.  What is divisive about basic fairness.  At least southern senators during debate on the 1964 Civil Rights act were not such big hypocrits they called that Civil Rights bill as “Divisive” because it was “class warfare” because “everybody knows them niggers should be kept in their place”.

Rush Limbaugh rightly states that Truth is not dependant on whether people believe it or not.  And he says even if 97% of the world's scientists state that we have global warming this does not detract from the "Ontological cartainty" that Global Warming is NOT occurring.  Does Rush Limbaugh even know what "Ontological" means?  I don't think so.  Rush then goes on to state that these wind farms actually contribute to warming of the immediate climate of the area where they are located but didn't offer a shred of evidence to back up his statement.  We are supposed to take that statement on Faith, just as the "Ontological proof" of God is basically a statement of subjective Faith, if Rush has actually studied theology, which he hasn't.  Ontology is the study of the necessity of something existing as an idea before it can exist in reality.  One might ontologically say for examjple it is Ontologically necessary to see merit in Barock Obama before you vote for him as President.  Also it is necessary for Barock to actually BE president before you can discuss WHAT he should or shouldn't be doing at a particular moment AS president.  Democrats put it this way.  For a program to succeed you need both a MOVEMENT for that program AND you need someone in power to IMPLEMENT it.  If you are lacking either one or the other, the thing won't happen.  This is therefore an argument of "Ontological" necessity.  Capish?  We turn to this issue of "pointing out things" like playing tapes of Gingrich or Romney making certain statements.  Pointing out facts and necessities is called "devisive" now by the Republicans. But here's a reality check.  If things ARE divided BECAUSE of actions Republicans have taken in the past, pointing them OUT and raising AWARENESS of them will do nothing to add to the reality (of being divided) that is already there, any more than a diagnosis of cancer will CREATE cancer one day later that somehow wasn't THERE before the day you were informed that it it existed.  Capish?  Good.  Republicans call any incident which shows them up with their pants down on an embassasing issue as "divisive".  Well, the only thing that's "divisive" I guess is the exposure of their bare ass.  No woman or ecologist, or black, or Latino, or poor, or older person is on bit taken in by these absurd Republican exercises in "word play" of the sort that people like Paul Ryan or this guy on Meet the Press last Sunday engages in.

PARAGRAPHS BELOW MAY NOT BE CONSECUTIVE

This is six o clock and ABC network news just concluded.  There have been three cases lately where famous TV stars played super heroes for real.  The latest was Patrick Dempsey who plays the doctor in Gray’s Anatomy on TV who pulled out a teenager from underneath some car wreck using a crowbar.  This weekend is famous for something else we haven’t mentioned and that is the Royal Wedding of April 30th, which was on a Saturday last year.  I wish we had last year’s dates because May first would be on a Sunday and I would already have gotten my money from the ATM Friday morning.  Last night it was the same Presidential annual roast where next year they will be serving up barbecued pork if Mitt Romney gets in, ha ha.  The President made some stab at humor.  Last year the navy seals mission had already been approved and was under-way when the President was in a jocular mood that night seemingly without a care in the world.
I just ran through the coffee grounds again and managed to get a little more coffee brew out of the thing.  In terms of cigarettes today I’ve gotten only four whole cigarettes this entire day and the last one was at noon, and it’s six now.  I got one from Paul, and one from John, and two from Larry.  I asked Larry just now but he was in bed and said he didn’t have any.  Marsha apparently wants to charge for shorts.  She says I owe her three cigarettes.  But as I think I said before, people around here are walking advertizments for not even attempting to quit smoking because they are perpetually out of cigarettes but that doesn’t stop them from trolling the grounds trying to collar anyone they can for a cigarette.  There was a 37 foot Yacht in a yacht race that ran into a big freighter or something and sank off the coast of Ensenada and everyone aboard apparently drowned.  They now have an I phone app called the Ugly Meter.  What it does is scientifically measure the correct mathematical perportions of “the perfect face” and compare yours to it.  One not half bad looking man scored a 34 out of 100 on the Ugly meter.  Naturally mothers of young children thinks their kids should be protected such things.
The Lakers beat the Denver Nuggets today just before three wrapping up with a final score of 103 to 88 Lakers.  I went down for 2:10 coffee and got two cups from Laura.  A little after three I put on Disk two of Bob Dylan Bootleg starting at track seven and playing up through but skipping the long last track, “Idiot Wind”.   Isn’t that “conga bells” line included in two different songs?   These proposition 29 adds on the smoking tax are completely stupid of course and insulting to anyone’s intelligence who will instantly see through them.  The London Olympics begin in a few months and how they want to install surface to air missiles on the roofs of houses in London for security reasons- and the residents are going along with it.
I chose to come to dinner erring on the early rather than the late side.  We had beef Strogenoff, which was good but seconds began on the other side of the room so I didn’t chance it.  There was zucchini and we had bread pudding for the first time in a while.  Strangely enough everyone ate their bread pudding and I didn’t get extras.  Yadera reminded me that I have a dental appointment tomorrow.  I think I’ve actually coughed a few times today.  If Paul and Judy were to hear me they would say “That’s proof you have a chronic smoker’s cough”.  I hold out the greatest hope from Paul Evans right now as a possible source of future cigarettes.
We had Raison Bran for breakfast with scrambled eggs and an English muffin with butter and jelly, and the Oriental lady gave me her eggs.  Paul Evans gave me a cigarette on the way out the door.  He also informed me that Robin was dead.  She was found dead in her room, and I could not believe it and Phyllis said, “You better believe it”.  I just saw her yesterday even though she turned me down for a cigarette.  Death comes so readily around here.  The weather is overcast.  Today Magic Johnson will be finalizing the sale of the LA Dodgers to him.  I thought that had already been “finalized”.  The Dodgers are off to their best season since 1981.  The LA Clippers won play-off game number one against the Memphis Grizzly’s in grand fashion.
In Federation news Mal Evans came out with a “statement’ or whatever commemorating the twenty anniversary of the LA Riots on Friday morning.  I read it and I was unrestrained in my praise of it rejoicing that someone else actually sees things the way I do.  Jim Morrison was contacted on Andromeda D for his endorsement and to even put his name on the report and Mal said “If there is anything you don’t like about it, I can change it”.  Jim said it was fine the way it was written and he’d be honored to be given co writing credit for it even though he didn’t contribute.  Mal of course is grateful to Jim Morrison because it was just in late February of 1992 - - close to March first- - that Mal had regained his power in the Federation and Jim was always loyally at his side in those days.  The political situation was very different in those days.  You had Tom Bradley and Daryl Gates in charge – both completely apathetic on racial issues.
